Roberts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

After a storm last night our AC quit working. I called the after hours phone and spoke to Marcus and he was there in 1/2 hour!! He evaluated our problems and had the parts to fix it on the spot and we are so appreciative!!!! He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We have our HVAC and AC and water heater thru Roberts and everything lasts longer than it should and they really take care of their customers. Highly recommend this business and appreciate all their employees and how they take care of them. Marcus is a super friendly guy who made our day!! Roberts is absolutely amazing. They have been our go to for about 25 years. All employees are fantastic. Michelle and Gloria in the office are the best. They really take care of us and will notify us if we forget to schedule our maintenance service. They are also on top of our needs when we call for service. Emergency services are very timely and all requests are scheduled within a timely period. Highly recommend to everyone. Great friendly people, great service, and very reasonable pricing. Make sure to give them a call!!!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Roberts! They have been great to work with ~ punctual, professional and incredibly communicative every step of the way. They worked on our geothermal unit and did a fantastic job. Their pricing was really fair, which we greatly appreciated. Ben came to our house a week ago and determined we needed a new A/C unit and a pump for our floor heat. Ben and Marcus came today and installed A/C Unit and pumps, they were both very polite and professional. They both did an excellent job and did a nice job explaining everything. We are thoroughly impressed with how quiet the A/C unit is and can’t even hear it running. I would also like to give kudos to Gloria as well. We have used Robert’s multiple times and am always impressed with her professionalism and great customer service, she is always so polite on the phone. I would highly recommend Robert’s for any of your home service on heating and cooling.

New A/C and furnace installed today by Roberts Heating and Cooling out of Carlisle, IA. Big thanks and shoutout to Ben and Tanner for their great work, professionalism, and craftsmanship! Crew arrived at 8:30am and was all done by 4:00pm. Last summer I had the owner, Andy Roberts, out for lack of cold air and he found a leak! He provided a temporary solution to get us through the summer and ordered a new system for us! Thanks to this Veteran-owned local company for their outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommend!
