Highly recommend. I received a text with Joe, my service professional’s information and picture prior to his arrival. I appreciated this. Joe was prompt and professional. The toilet was leaking in our primary bath. Joe assessed the issue quickly and gave me several different options in various price points. I was able to ask questions and received informative responses. The owner, Chad, brought a new toilet out to my home while Joe removed the old toilet. Joe made sure the entire area was cleaned prior to leaving. You never want to have to call a plumber but when you need one Mr Rooter is the one to use! I will use them going forward.

Mark D. was excellent! He was personable, professional, and respectful, and he resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I called the office, and they had Mark out within about 20 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave us helpful advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. He also made sure everything was left better than he found it. Outstanding service from start to finish — highly recommend!

Called them out to have a look at a sewer line that was leaking right where it exits the house. The person on the phone was polite and helpful - she gave me a date and time someone would arrive and what to expect. Mark showed up right on time and was super friendly. He looked things over, explained everything that he saw (the leak was in a section of suuuper old pipe that was a horrendous conflageration of Y's and T's and couplers and patches that was partially embedded in the foundation wall, so it wasn't easy to tell exactly what was leaking) and what kinds of options I had. He gave me pros and cons of each option, never tried to push anything or "up-sell". He wanted to confer with another technician before giving an official estimate (like I said, the pipes were a mess) but gave me an off-the-cuff "guesstimate" so I had an idea what to expect. He e-mailed me an official quote within a couple hours that was right in line with his guesstimate so I scheduled them to come back to do the work. They showed up right on time again with a full crew to get the work done - everyone was friendly and polite. The job took a full day and Mark came to talk to me multiple times to let me know what they had done, any "surprises" they had found (there were a couple) and went over how they were going to tackle them. Communication was great, the rat's nest of pipes looks 1000% better, the leak is gone and they completely cleaned up the work area when they were done (the corner of my basement is actually cleaner now than when they started). There was excavation that had to get done outside which left extra dirt (which was expected) and they were very good about making sure the extra dirt was cleaned up and moved so it was out of the way. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and would 100% recommend them.

Same day service and right on time! Mark diagnosed my drain problem immediately and made several tweaks to tide me over until I make a decision about a permanent solution. Very helpful and informative. Definitely no hard sell tactics which I appreciated. Reasonable pricing. The number of 5-star reviews are well deserved!
