We had a late night plumbing emergency and contacted a few that offered 24/7 service. Rite was the only one to return the call, they were helpful and understanding. Imidiate service want going to be possible because of a chance they would need to access the main sewage line outside the house but they promised to have someone there first thing in the am, and they did. Mo quickly diagnosed and remedied our issue and he did so with professionalism and care (we have cats so the front door needs to be watched) and he was very diligent. Will 100 use them again in the future.

They were hired by my home warranty company and said that they would be here today between 11am and 3pm not only did they not show up they never scheduled a time to come. I had to call and find out what was going on and they said they weren't showing up at all. How are you going to accept a job and refuse to show up at the scheduled time??

What a nightmare!!! PLEASE READ AND BEWARE!!! These people attempted to unclog a drain in the condo unit next to mine in a condo building. I share a wall with this neighbor, and our sinks essentially are back to back. They had snaked my neighbors drain, and assumed they unclogged the pipe. But really what happened was They broke a hole in the P trap beneath my kitchen sink. All of the dirty water plus 4 days of water being used from all unit owners poured into my kitchen and caused severe water damage to my unit. (The unit was vacant, as I had just moved out and was in process of remodeling) They then told me it wasnt their problem even though my entire kitchen now needs remodeling. 2 feet of water needed to be removed. When I confronted the owner of this company he told me it wasnt his Effin problem and that I could sue him if I wanted! Like seriously if I look at someone the wrong way I lose sleep at night over the thought I hurt their feelings, but this horrible human completely disregarded the damage he caused to my kitchen, and He didnt apologize. He didn't care one bit how horrible of a situation he put me in. He took zero responsibility for his actions. I believe he was more insulted that maybe I was insinuating he did a bad job, and took it personally. But if a company is licensed and bonded there shouldn't have been a problem. The unit is now uninhabitable. They are terrible humans with no morals. They stuck my management company to pay for the repairs. Beware!!!!!

I would not recommend this company, They are con artists and liars!! I would give them ZERO stars but it won't let you post with out at least giving them one! I was referred to Rite plumbing thru my Home warranty company who contracts with them. Alex came to my house, looked over the three jobs that he was supposed to do (one of them being faucet replacement in the bathroom sink since it would squirt water all over the floor when turned on) the other was to replace a toilet that wasn't working properly and the third was to replace the shut off valves to my washer) he did NONE of them AND left saying that he would have to contact my home warranty company for approval. After waiting 48 hours I called Alex back as was told that the jobs had been approved and we scheduled for him to come back in 7 days since that was his first available opening to finish the job, however, there would be a $440 dollar charge not covered by the Home warranty to break thru the wall for access to the pipes in the basement. He also stated that my toilet which has worked for than than 15 years wasn't broken but had a design flaw. That way I would have to pay him to do the job instead. I not having $440 cut thru the wall actually removing most of it to avoid having to pay the fee. When I called Alex to inform him he lied and told me the fee was for labor which I told him I know the warranty company pays for. Then he said it was for copper and labor which I know is also covered my my warranty. To make a long story short after I called the warranty company to inform them of this dishonest contractor who in turn called Rite plumbing with me on hold on another line. I was informed that I didn't have to pay the fee since I had already cut the wall for him. Alex then called me back lied and said that Warranty company was assigning another company to finish the job. When I told him that the warranty company had told me he would be returning today as scheduled, he canceled and said that the warranty company didn't pay him enough for his time. Now I have to wait for another company to come out tomorrow. This company is DISHONEST and only wants to screw you out of your money !!

My warranty company sent Rite Plumbing to my house for my water heater leaking. It took 11 days, when Alex finally came out, he didn't even look to see what was leaking, a valve or the unit itself, just said it's leaking, so you need a new one. I got a letter from my warranty company saying that there was additional charges of $775 for "modifications", "other related charges", "flue modifications", and "disposal" I asked for an itemized bill and letter of inspection, Alex told me he would not supply a bill as I wasn't paying for it, the warranty company is. I said ok, then can I get an itemized list of repairs along with the inspection letter? Alex said no. No other explanation, just no. What are they trying to hide? Then Alex tells me that they will not haul away the old water heater. I said then what is the $75 disposal fee for. He said it's for taking it outside to the curb, not for the disposal of it. I told Alex that the warranty company said it was for disposing of it. In a rude, self-righteous tone, Alex said "the new unit is already paid for by your warranty company, I will take it back with me and you can deal with your warranty company on this, we are not hauling your old unit away." RUN, don't walk to any other plumber. This guy is rude, unprofessional, and will charge for services not completed.

Damaged our tile flooring We moved into our house in June and replaced the flooring a couple months after that because of mold. Rite plumbing left a huge mess right in front of the room which holds the water heater they were replacing. As we cleaned the floor we noticed over 10 pieces of tile damaged. They said they put down cardboard to protect the floor but that was a lie. My husband who was working from home offered to help carry the water heater but they refused it. Now they are refusing to replace our brand new floor that we put our entire savings toward. Do not use this company unless you have the money to replace whatever they damage. I added a couple pictures of the damaged tile but there is a lot more. There is also a picture of the mess they left.

Mo was beyond helpful. I was in the midst of a plumbing emergency and Mo was the first and only plumber I could get to respond in a timely manner and showed up on a Saturday; with no questioned asked. Once he arrived he was very knowledgeable and very informative as to the work he was doing. He made sure I was in a good place before and left and made sure to check all the work twice over and ensure everything was good. I would absolutely suggest using Rite Plumbing for any of your needs. Thank you Mo for helping me in my time of need.

I called Rite Plumbing. They were very professional on the call. I let them know what was going on and they responded with a plumber at my house within a couple of hours. Within an hour they had everything working. They were neat and very professional. I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely and already have recommended Rite Plumbing to my family and friends. The owner Moe is a guy who is there to help and not take advantage of anyone. i would give Rite Plumbing a 5 out five stars.

Called Rite Plumbing for a clogged sewer pipe. They answered their phone right away and before opening hours. I had sewage water that was backing up in my basement, they were able to schedule me a same-day appointment, originally telling me they could come in the afternoon, but ended up prioritizing the call and coming out within an hour of calling. I was so thankful for Alex’s quick and effective fix! I will definitely call in the future and highly recommend. Great service! Thanks again Alex!

Alex, Thank you for excellent plumbing service today. I would most definitely recommend you to my family and friends. You always call and arrive for appointments on time. You analyze and explain what is needed to do the job as needed in a safe manner, you are positive, polite, and professional and your prices are reasonable and make necessary corrections if needed. Again Alex, I would gladly recommend you to family, and friends.

I had an emergency on a very cold morning and Rite Plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem and immediately started working. A huge amount of dirt had to be removed in front of my house to locate the blocked pipe. After 5 hours working outside in the cold, the job was completed just as it started to snow. I know I can count on their expertise. I will definitely use them when I have plumbing issues.
