Bill from just right plumbing came out today and installed a water heater and bath faucet along with seven 1/4 turn valves in a really old house. Old pipes was no issue. He was very professional and made quick work of all the scheduled items. Right away is the company who has costumers first. Highly recommended. Thank you for such amazing service.

We had a new furnace installed in February of 2025. In the middle of January 2026 Right Away texted about having the free follow up inspection, and we set up an appointment. Chris came & rechecked everything, including gas pressure & one other test the name of which I don't remember. Everything still working fine, but the follow up was a nice affirmation. Chris had told us when the furnace was installed that we would have more even room temperatures if we left the blower motor running (just would be on a very low speed between heat cycles) constantly, and we did notice that. Somehow though the thermostat had been switched to have the blower fan only run when the furnace was actually heating. Chris caught that, we changed it back to always on, and will make sure we check it regularly in the future. Right Away is still very friendly to deal with.

Matt was quick to assess the issue and proposed options to help. He explained the benefits and cons of all options and was nice enough to come with his finace to install the water heater on a Saturday. Great service and conversation. I really enjoyed having both over. They work area was cleaned and the installation was on point. Thank you Matt.
