Called Rich’s Plumbing to relocate gas line for our stove and take out a section of baseboard heating so we could renovate our kitchen. Rich, the manager came out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Javier and Abe were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They came and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. If you want an honest plumber, call Rich’s plumbing!

I can't say enough about Rich's Plumbing and the current person, David, that they sent over to redo what the previous 2 guys did not fix very well. David was accurate, on time (came early as a matter of fact! LOL He did not waste any time and was here for a while but he got all the kinks out of my Air Conditioner and was just so polite and explained everything that was done. I would highly recommend that if you need Plumbing or A/C service, call and request that they send over David! They also did not charge me for the second visit, which was a blessing in itself!

I am very pleased with David your technician. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to diagnose my issue with leaking faucet in bathtub as dripping water was very annoying. He gave me an estimate. I approved the work. He had to shut off main shut off valve. He completed the work. He did an amazing job Plz give Richard plumbing a try. Javier and Eric were great! They walked me through everything, they showed me how to use and locate my water valves for an emergency especially since the snow storm I had frozen pipes in my basement and because I’m a new homeowner and they went over everything with me multiple times because I asked , they were very patient! They fixed my leaking water boiler valve in less than 20 minutes and did it very safely and professionally. I would recommend them to everyone and I would definitely hire them again.
