RA Nichols had a repairman come to my house in 45 minutes after calling about water pouring from the ceiling of my garage. I'm very grateful that Mike Pelle traced the source, cut the ceiling, pulled out the wet insulation and repaired it. He also coordinated with a project manager who came to my house the same evening and will be handling the insurance claim and follow up reconstruction. Mike did an outstanding job and I have confidence the job will go smoothly because of him. Thank you, Mike!
RA Nichols, Plumbing Heating and Cooling, did an amazing job today resolving an HVAC and Plumbing issue in my home. The amazing responsiveness (not even an hour from call to the technicians arrival) I have never experienced before. They were amazing professionals and skilled at their jobs. A huge thank you to Nick R and Jeremy from the team. I highly recommend this business. Excellent service snd and a stellar team.
RA Nichols is my go to for plumbing issues. Service is excellent. Our technician Michael was amazing. Such great person who patiently fixed our issue despite running into minor hiccups during the job. He was so kind to our dogs too! Best part, he fixed our leak and no more dripping. Thanks you again for a great service experience.
The best thing about the world of reviews is that each potential customer can come on here, read them, and then decide whether you want to engage a company regarding their services. This company was referred to me, and I had not read the reviews. To be fair, had I read them, I would have probably given them an opportunity to earn my business. They are strong. That said, there were also some dissatisfied people, and that is the give and take with forums like this. When its good, great. Everyone can take a victory lap. But when it's bad, you also have to be willing to step to the mic after the game and be accountable. There is no accountability here. And if you read the reviews, it was typically over the same issue-money. This was my experience with them, and I now thoroughly understand what those individuals were saying. I would agree that there techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The issue is not with them. It's with the company's leadership and their thirst for cash, satisfied customers notsomuch. If you decide to use this company, understand a few things: They are not as interested in your satisfaction as they are in making sure your check cashes (even if its for several thousand dollars); they are very focused on hiding behind their "scope of work" contract, regardless of the sales pitch they use to get the business (be very clear about what your expectation is and make sure that is included in the scope of work, with estimates on how much each additional thing they don't wan to add to the contract is. You may get nickeled and dime to death. So if you are getting boilers installed, be sure that you insist that they work and they produce heat--i know that sounds unreasonable, but here we are), and understand they don't guarantee their work the way you would think they should...even with warrantees (the boiler they installed shorted within days of them installing it, and they refused to come and address it, because it was easier to blame it on the new techs that had to finish the job--let's be clear. What would they incentive be for contractors to purposefully --or even accidentally break a transformer that would require them to work without heat, with the understanding that the boiler was under warrantee and they would have no opportunity to profit from it's failure). Now, if those things don't matter to you, and based on the other dozens of great reviews they have for straight-forward work, has you enamored, then have at it. That is a great thing about this country. Everyone gets an opinion and everyone is free to do what they want. But for those of you that read reviews, and consider where you spend your money sacred, and return on investment matters to you, you might want to look elsewhere. I know I will be moving forward, and I would not recommend them personally or otherwise, because basic things about service should matter. There are several opportunities with RA Nichols in that space, and for those that don't like to gamble, this may not be the company for you.
Had a first time frozen pipe burst and had to frantically search online for getting it fixed right away and luckily got in touch with their services and though we couldn't get a technician on the same day due to the technicians being fully booked, they were kind enough to come in early morning and Jake the technician was really knowledgeable and friendly and explained the whole process and got it fixed in an hour. Thanked him for cleaning up too as we had a bad leak. Highly recommend and also signed up for their membership service for the year!
