They were late and then wanted $600 to cap two copper pipes. Too expensive. Then they charged me $140 for the service fee when I told them it was too expensive. Looking forward to next week when my regular plumber is no longer sick.

From the office dispatcher to the service tech, I am 100% happy with Red’s Plumbing. Will definitely use them again. AND the words “On Time” in the company’s name is not an exaggeration. Joe called me the morning of my service and said he’d be at my house in 45 minutes. Looking at the clock when he got here, it was exactly 45 minutes. On the dot. Joe also gave me some great advice on future service for my tankless water heater.

The work was communicated clearly and done neatly and efficiently! Oscar was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I was particularly impressed that he had us run a load of laundry before he left (issue was replacing the laundry drain), so we were confident that no more issues would arise. We’re very happy with the work he did, and we will definitely be coming back to Red’s for any future plumbing work!

Reds is a good plumbing outfit. The gentleman helped out my husband. We needed our water heater looked at. No repairs needed. I asked how much for the service call and was given the amount. But when I received the bill it was an additional service for diagnostics. I wasn’t told about the extra fee. I assumed that the service call was included. Disappointed ☹️

He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it all in plain language, and offered us a quality solution. He then executed the solution to our satisfaction, no problems. Fonzy of Red's Plumbing was a champ! He came the same day our hot water tank failed to determine it had to be replaced. He then changed his schedule for the following day to return and complete a 6 hr install of a new tankless hot water heater so we had hot water by evening. He was professional, prompt, cheerful and on time. Thanks Fonzy!

I wish there was never a plumbing emergency, but when there is, Reds On-Time Plumbing is available at a reasonable price to get the issue resolved quickly. The plumber was familiar with the issue and had my water line repaired and water back on in 90 minutes. The work is skilled, the site cleaned up and everything back to normal!

I called Reds plumbers in Atascadero because my sewer line was plugged from the house to the street. They were on site at the time given me and promptly went to work. They took extra time because of root intrusion. I was also given a senior discount. I thought the job was performed very well.

The plumber called ahead and arrived withing the scheduled time. I live on a ranch east of Shandon and other plumbers would not come out this far. But Red’s did not hesitate. The repairs were made expertly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to take care of any plumbing problems.
