What a great experience we had with Red Rooter! We’ve just moved into our forever home in Jupiter, FL. Our master toilet was not responding to our plunger, so we selected Red Rooter from positive reviews. They were right! We scheduled easily online after hours and we’re scheduled right away. Our technician, Joe Heinz, was right on time, pleasant, very experienced and fixed it likely split! We highly recommend Red Rooter and Joe!

I called several other companies with either no response or no availability. Red Rooter was very responsive and had a tech out within hours. Upon arrival James was straight forward and honest. He quickly stopped the water and fixed the leak. The pricing was upfront and competitive. James was very personable and I felt comfortable with him completing the repairs. He gave before and after inspection photos proving the integrity of his work. I’m very pleased with Red Rooter overall and will call them in the future if need be.

James was very polite on time and very compassionate as to what my concerns were. He let me know the cause of the leak in a very professional manner. I would recommend James with Red Rooter for any job. He did the job quickly and again very informative as to what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner.
