High-Tech Plumbing sent one of their technicians, Edgar Peña and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man who took the time to explain, step by step, what needed to be done. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a couple of hours of work, but Edgar handled it professionally and thoroughly. I truly appreciated the care he showed for my home and living space — he was very neat, clean, and respectful throughout the entire job. I am extremely pleased with his work and grateful that High-Tech Plumbing sends out such knowledgeable and responsible workers. I would gladly recommend Edgar and High-Tech Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable company to help in their home. Thank you for a great job. - Rosalinda
Andy G. my technician was extremely professional. I had an emergency flooding from my water heater and this was the only company that could come out at 10pm. Andy helped by stopping my leak and had a new hot water heater installed first thing in the morning. He did everything I needed without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company.
Avoid this company if you value your time, your business, and your customers. I own a busy business and recently had an air conditioning issue that needed immediate attention. I called Hi-Tech Plumbing, Air & Electrical, explained the situation, and was assured that someone would come out. I rearranged my entire day, waited for their technician, and informed my staff that help was on the way. They never showed up. No call. No update. No explanation. Nothing. Because of their complete lack of professionalism, my business was left without proper air conditioning, customers were uncomfortable, employees were frustrated, and I lost valuable time and money waiting for a company that clearly had no intention of honoring its commitment. What makes this even worse is that they wasted an entire day of my business operations without the courtesy of a phone call. If they couldn't make it, they should have been honest instead of leaving a paying customer hanging. This company showed zero respect for my time, my customers, or my business. If this is how they treat potential customers before they've even completed a job, I can only imagine what happens after they get your money. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually shows up when they say they will. Very disappointed. Never again.
My name is Stephen Al-sheikh. My experience with Hi-Tech Plumbing was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I agreed to a $250 diagnostic fee after being told it would be applied toward any repair work performed. After the technician completed the diagnosis, he presented me with a repair price of $863 and specifically explained that after subtracting the $250 diagnostic fee, my total would be approximately $613. Based on that representation, I authorized the work. Imagine my surprise when my credit card was charged nearly $900. When I immediately contacted the company to address the discrepancy, I was given a completely different explanation and told that the repair price was actually over $1,000 and that the diagnostic fee had already been factored in. That is not what was communicated to me before the work was approved. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. Customers should never have to guess what their final bill will be, especially when clear numbers are discussed before work begins. If the final price was going to be significantly higher than what was presented, that should have been disclosed before any work was authorized. I strongly encourage anyone considering Hi-Tech Plumbing to get every quote, discount, fee, and final total in writing before agreeing to any work. Double-check every number and do not assume the price discussed is the price you will actually pay. There are plenty of plumbing companies out there. Based on my experience, I would not use Hi-Tech Plumbing again and cannot recommend them to others.
I initially left a 5-star review, expecting the remaining caulk work to be completed properly. Two American Standard Cadet Pro toilets were installed, and one required a flange replacement. The toilet now sits noticeably higher than the previous install and the flange was not fastened to the floor due to “risk,” which concerns me in a 1926 home. The toilet was rocking initially and I was told caulk would resolve it. I later requested shims for stability. During the return visit for completing toilet work, the technician pressed the pop-up drain in my bathroom sink and it broke. The drain had been sticky but functional, and I was not expecting work to be done on the sink. I was then quoted $366 to replace it, reduced to $266. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told concerns must be submitted by email. I am simply looking for fair treatment and clear accountability.
