The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Installed HVAC 10 years ago, called Aug 19th to renew service/maintenance contract and no response in 3 weeks. Totally unhelpful in selecting a new thermostat, only wanted to bash and say folks have issues. I was trying to get them to recommend a thermostat that I would buy from them. Will never give them another dollar of business.”
Positive
“These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!”
“Have had Ray Baker Plumbing out to our house twice now, and both times they were fast, friendly, decently priced, and honest. The plumber could have easily convinced me that more work was necessary (I know next to nothing about plumbing), but he assured me that the problem was minor and easily fixed. HIGHLY recommended.”
