I had a great experience with Rauer Plumbing. Jim was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. I called on Tuesday and he was able to fit me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed everything properly, and took the time to explain what was going on and walk me through the solution. I never felt rushed, and he was great at problem-solving the situation at hand. On top of that, the pricing was very fair. It’s hard to find contractors who are this responsive, honest, and skilled. Rauer Plumbing is definitely my new go-to for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Each time I’ve called, they come out ASAP. They take the time to explain to you what’s wrong and the best solution. They’re also reasonable when it comes to what they charge. I have used Rauer plumbing in the past and needed a new water heater replaced. The guys were great, worked hard, and explained everything to me. Even their receptionist kept me informed with the time they would arrive and of they were going to be early or late. You’re in good hands having these guys work on your plumbing issues!
