I believe I got an honest and sincere effort from Jason Johnson, with Rapid Response Plumbing, to take care of my home’s sewer problems. He was a very forthright in describing what needed to be done. Jason and his assistants delivered exceptional service in the construction of our new sewer drain system at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed a plumber ASAP & Jason was ON IT!!! Came out, & spotted the issues without me saying much. He’s was very knowledgeable & professional. Jason had to replace a faucet in one bathroom & a toilet in the other. He did the work in NO time👍🏽& everything was back to normal. Jason is Very friendly & has great customer service!!! If I’m not mistaken I think the supervisor even came out to check on him to make sure Jason was good👍🏽 That’s TEAM WORK!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber!👍🏽👍🏽TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Stevie came out to look at the leak on the recirculation pump. It turns out we have bad recirculation pump so he replaced it with a high quality one. He did a wonderful job. I will always recommend him for everyone.

Multiple websites for this company promise same day well repair, each with a different phone number. They can’t service wells. Or only have one guy who can and he may or may not be available.

There are those moments in life and home ownership that you dread. When the hot water heater suddenly gives out … that’s one of those moments of silence. When I tell you that this was the worst possible time for this curve ball in my life, I am truly telling you that’s an understatement. I know that there’s never a great time for that news, but I know there certainly is a worst time. And this- this was the worst time. So the ancient (omg 2003) hot water heater finally gave out I was pretty scared and overwhelmed. I had to bathe my kids in the sink that night freaked out about the cost, the repair - the endless questions. So. I called the first highly reviewed company I could find on google. I feel beyond thankful that I found these guys! Literally this was the biggest blessing that I could have asked for. Kyle arrived within about an hour or two. He was so pleasant, helpful, kind and compassionate. He understood our dilemma and Kyle truly helped us navigate to a solution that made this replacement possible. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful young man he is - he’s really an exceptional and experienced plumber that has a way of really making the entire experience pleasant and reassuring. I have been in the process of upgrading and fixing up my house for a while and I have encountered my share of plumbing companies and Rapid Response is truly the BEST company I have ever come across. The prices are reasonable, fair and competitive. The service is prompt and professional. The range of services and timeliness of completing projects can not be beat. The hot water heater died late that afternoon and a new one was installed and working beautifully by lunch time the next day! And it was very reasonably priced. I only really do reviews for companies that have gone above and beyond from the first phone call to the last goodbye. And this is a truly delightful company to work with. I can’t say enough! Five stars! And Kyle deserves five stars as well. He’s representing your company in a way that would make you proud. Wonderful experience and will be using this company as we continue our home projects and upgrades. Thank you so much!!!!

I had a diagnostic done to get an understanding of what my plumbing issue was. Bailey Riccitelli is one of the most awesome technicians this company has. He made it very easy for me to understand my problem and the options I had to get it fixed. He may look young and because of this you could easily judge and think he may not be as experienced, but looks can be deceiving. I’m sure he can make technicians older than him and more experienced look like amateurs because of how thorough he is and how knowledgeable he is. Bailey pays attention to detail and he understands his job thoroughly, but if there is something he can’t figure out, he’ll call in to confer with someone who may understand the situation better in order to get a thorough understanding and to give you an accurate and thorough assessment and he’ll put them on speaker phone so you can hear the conversation to get a better understanding as well and ask questions if you need to. Bailey cares deeply about his customers and he’ll work with you to try and get you an affordable price for the work. He is passionate about his job and I can tell he loves it and that’s the kind of person you want working on any of your plumbing issues. If you need a technician ask for Bailey, you won’t be sorry. Had a great experience with Rapid Response Plumbing from start to finish. Initially, they were quick to respond, provided a clear and competitive quote, and took the time to walk me through water heater options without any pressure. I really appreciated the transparency around what was included and their willingness to refine the quote with additional details. Update after installation: Bailey completed the install, and the final result exceeded expectations. This wasn’t just a basic replacement—they installed a new Bradford White water heater, added a properly mounted expansion tank, and replaced the pressure regulating valve. The workmanship is clean and professional, especially the copper piping and overall layout. Everything was installed correctly and is working perfectly. What stood out most: Clear communication from start to finish Professional, detail-oriented installation No shortcuts taken Overall, a very smooth process and a noticeable upgrade from the previous setup. Highly recommend Rapid Response Plumbing and would absolutely use them again. After dealing with an older Rheem unit and outdated components, this upgrade made a noticeable difference immediately.

First off Rapid Response is just that, Rapid. We came across an issue with a leaking pressure valve in our garage. Made a call and were able to schedule for the following morning. We were told between 10 and 2 and then received a call at 11 that our technician would be here by noon. Danny knocked on our door by 11:30. I can’t say enough about Danny. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just simply a pleasure to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable having a service technician in my home before him. Not only was he here to work we got to connect on a personal level as well. Danny, taught me things I had no clue about on how to maintain the plumbing in my home better. I really appreciate that extra mile. Danny worked quickly and efficiently and got us back up and running with in an hour. If you’re not using Rapid Response for all your plumbing needs you’re doing it wrong! Thank you, Danny!

I typically do my home projects/repairs myself and hold a high standard when hiring professionals to work on projects at my house. In this particular instance the job was too big of a task and knew I needed a licensed plumber. After getting multiple quotes and talking to a dozen or so plumbers about all of my different options, Luke provided the best solution to running the gas line at an incredible price. Within days of picking Rapid Response for the job, they worked around my hectic schedule and picked a day at my convinience. Luke and Daniel arrived early to go over the plan once more and prep for the complex project at hand. Both Luke and Daniel are very knowledgeable. They worked throughout the day, were polite, courteous and kept a very clean job site. They were able to handle this task within a single day and went above and beyond all my expectations.

Stevie with Rapid Response Plumbing was fantastic! He came out quickly, immediately identified that the toilet flange had been improperly installed after our flooring replacement, and found additional issues that had clearly been missed or ignored previously. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, showed us the damage, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his honesty. He didn’t try to downplay the situation, but he also didn’t try to scare us or upsell unnecessary work. He was straightforward, patient with all of our questions, and clearly cared about making sure the problem was actually fixed correctly this time. I had a great experience with Daniel Relf. He came out to inspect a leaking kitchen faucet and was extremely thorough and professional throughout the visit. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, but he also took the time to identify a few other potential plumbing concerns around the house that I hadn’t noticed. What really stood out was how helpful and informative he was—he walked me through what to watch for, how to monitor those issues over time, and gave practical advice on maintaining my plumbing system to avoid bigger problems down the road. Daniel is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping homeowners understand their situation rather than just fixing a single issue. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing expertise.

Stevie is AMAZINGGG!! I called them to fix my outside water hose bib and found out the was damaged from a frozen pipe burst. I also told him my water heater was a couple weeks old from a *different plumber and he immediately noticed a leak and several other actual code violations he brought to my attention. He found a leak to my water heater that I wasn’t aware of after I had called another plumber previously who claimed they fixed it all! Very honest, helpful, and descriptive. Be careful of using home warranty (American Home Shield) since that’s who I called before them and they messed everything up! I learned so much and I’m definitely going to him again and recommending to my family.

What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent service. Rapid Response Plumbing lived up to it’s many five star ratings and James Yevick, Senior Technician, and his team were truly outstanding. Jim arrived on time, assessed the issue and quickly got to work. He and his team were efficient and finished on time as promised.. Throughout the job, Jim explained every step of the repair and answered any questions I had with patience and kindness. I am a senior citizen and a widow so big repairs like digging up and fixing the broken water line in my front yard cause a lot of anxiety. Jim explained every step and answered every question. I trust RRP and highly recommend them.
