“Should have done a bit more research rather than going with a 5 star rating. $400+ to clear a clogged drain, and he wasn't here more than an hour. Then I google for the cost to clear a drain and find that there are several plumbers advertising that they will clear any drain for about $100. I could have bought a powered snake for less than $400, and I'd have it if needed in the future.”
“Update: The leak is still there, only now it’s dripping onto my hardwood floors instead of the drywall. A tech called me and said it’s going to cost MORE money to resolve. I asked for a manager to call me and explain why I paid 300 to get my leak repaired and it’s not repaired and I need to pay more money. I don’t understand that.”
