I want to sing my highest praises to Mitchell, Ben and Bailey! We had a pretty emergent ( emergent to me with 2 toddlers in the house) plumbing issue. Mitchell came out the morning after contacting Rapid Response, he listened to all my concerns, checked out a few things around the house and we came up with a game plan to get our pipe fixed. Day 2 of being onsite for our plumbing issue and all 3 guys got right to work. They worked all day long until our pipe was fixed. They even had no issue with my kiddos watching them from the window and waving hi every 5 seconds. From the very beginning, every question I asked was answered. All work was completed efficiently and pricing was upfront with no surprises. THANKS to Mitchell, Ben and Bailey for all the hard work! The Thomas Family is super grateful!
I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough! From the moment Luke arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain terms, and got the job done efficiently and flawlessly. The work was top-notch, the area was left spotless, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, honest plumber who truly takes pride in his work. I really appreciate how kind the person who made my appointment was. She was able to make the appointment within a day and around my schedule. I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
Phenomenal work and really quick service! Water heater gave out in Winter but these guys came through. Ask for Mitchell C. because he was a rockstar with this job.
Should have done a bit more research rather than going with a 5 star rating. $400+ to clear a clogged drain, and he wasn't here more than an hour. Then I google for the cost to clear a drain and find that there are several plumbers advertising that they will clear any drain for about $100. I could have bought a powered snake for less than $400, and I'd have it if needed in the future.
Update: The leak is still there, only now it’s dripping onto my hardwood floors instead of the drywall. A tech called me and said it’s going to cost MORE money to resolve. I asked for a manager to call me and explain why I paid 300 to get my leak repaired and it’s not repaired and I need to pay more money. I don’t understand that.
We first contacted Rapid Response after receiving an unusually high water bill and being told by the water company that we likely had a leak. Rapid Response came out almost immediately, which we appreciated. At first, they didn’t find anything and referred us to their leak detection partner, Restoration 911, who said there was a burst pipe under the foundation with an estimated repair cost of $2,000–$5,000. We filed an insurance claim, and the adjuster advised us to fix the issue promptly to prevent further damage. Rapid Response returned to do the work. We specifically asked if they could carefully lift our luxury vinyl flooring so it could be re-installed, and we were told they could. Unfortunately, the burst pipe was not where initially identified, so leak detection had to return and ultimately located it in the bathroom. At this point, the floor and toilet were pulled up, and the estimate more than doubled. Believing the work was necessary, we moved forward. We were also pressured to submit full payment before we had a chance to validate that the work was complete or done as promised. After submitting the receipt to insurance, a significant portion of the claim was denied. We disputed this, and Rapid Response did assist with that process and ultimately refunded us some money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, Restoration 911 declined to take on the restoration portion of the job since it wasn’t a full first-floor renovation, leaving us with only the plumbing repair completed. To make matters worse, our flooring was not preserved as promised — instead of being lifted and re-installed, it was broken and could not be reused. Since Restoration 911 would not complete the job, we had no choice but to put everything back ourselves. Fortunately, we had some leftover flooring that we were able to re-use, but the process was stressful and disappointing. Overall, while Rapid Response was quick to respond and did help with the insurance dispute, the process felt disorganized, costs escalated dramatically, payment was demanded prematurely, and we were left with damage and restoration work that we had to resolve on our own.
I found a leak in a copper pipe in my basement, was certain it was coming from one of the bathrooms. Looked for a plumbing company on-line and Rapid Response Plumbing came up, among others. I looked at their many reviews and which were all 5 stars. Since it was Sunday, I reached out through their web site. I received a response first thing Monday morning, and they could send a plumber Tuesday morning. Jeremy arrived, I explained what was going on. He looked at the pipes in the basement and new it was from my shower (how did he know that?). He had to cut a hole in the wall to get to the fixtures and, sure enough, the connection where the hot and cold water met was leaking. Just as we were looking at the pipes, the connections ruptured!! Water was spraying everywhere, what a shock!! Jeremy got the water shut off. What a mess, water coming through the floor into the basement. Jeremy immediately called a restoration company that RRP works with, and they came out to my house that very same day. Jeremy capped off the pipes in my shower so that the water could be turned back on. So thankful I called RRP when I did. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!
I had a great experience with Luke Sobus! He installed my new water heater and did an amazing job — clean, professional, and efficient. What really stood out to me was his honesty. I was thinking about switching from a tank to a tankless system, and while every other plumber encouraged me to go for it, Luke was the only one who took the time to explain the hidden costs and potential issues with my smaller gas line. He easily could’ve made more money pushing the upgrade, but instead he gave me genuine advice that probably saved me thousands of dollars and a huge headache down the road. His quote was also one of the most reasonable I got. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and honest. I’ll definitely call Luke again for any plumbing work!
I just want to say a few words about Rylan and Mike. They were both very respectful and professional in appearance and mannerisms. They were both very concerned about the condition that the plumbing and water heater were in and explained what would and could happen if the the back pressure in the expansion tank got to high eg. pipes leaking and bursting. Rylan also checked the water pressure at the water heater and there was 56 psi, he had me turn on the kitchen faucet and it dropped to 17 psi. He showed me rust and water leaks on the water heater and at the connections, pressure valve and shut off valve is where the leaks were at. I am going to stop here. These 2 gentlemen know their jobs. Sincerely, John Bartkowski
I had a few small plumbing issues that I finally decided to take care of recently. I reached out to Rapid Response on a Sunday night and had a response the next morning. Luke S arrived at 11:00 AM on Monday morning. He was so friendly and also took the time to meet my dog (who is friendly but a barker) and make sure she was okay with him coming in the house. He was able to fix one of the issues on the spot and gave me estimates for the other two things I needed fixed. Once I got the parts I needed, Luke came back and fixed everything! I'm so grateful for the quick and friendly service and would definitely recommend Rapid Response to anyone looking for plumbing service.
We had a pipe in the wall that was punctured by a screw in the laundry room from the builders years before we bought our house. When the issue was recently discovered due to wet drywall, we called Rapid Response Plumbing and Rylan came out the next day. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job fixing the issue while being very careful to make sure only the necessary drywall was affected. Rylan was very professional and kind and also answered any questions we had as first time home owners, he even gave us some tips and helpful pointers! We will without a doubt use Rapid Response Plumbing in the future.
I just wanted to give Rylan with Rapid Response Plumbing a quick shout out. We had two separate plumbing issues (shower/bathtub, kitchen sink) in one day. We reached out to the company that had initially repaired both, but they were not able to come same day. We decided to give Rapid Response a try, and it was the right move to make. Rylan was honest and patient, deciding to wait for a mold remediation specialist to arrive in order to get their opinion to make sure we got the right repair done the first time. Thank you Rylan for your impeccable customer service, you’ve made a customer for life.
I couldn’t be more impressed with Kyle Henry and the Rapid Response Plumbing team! From the moment I called, they were quick to respond and had someone at my door in no time. Kyle was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and took great care to make sure the work was done right. The level of attention to detail and respect for my home was outstanding—they treated the job as if it were their own house. Fast, reliable, and genuinely caring service. I highly recommend Kyle and the entire Rapid Response Plumbing team to anyone in need of plumbing help—you’ll be in excellent hands!
Jason was awesome! Very professional and educated me on what I should do in regards to any water emergency in my house. He told me how to shut the water off for the whole house. He was very friendly and a joy to talk to. Anyone looking for services from Rapid response plumbing, ask for Jason. Customer service meaning their support call center was awesome too. When you call and have to leave a message, they get right back to you! I left a message around 7:30pm and they got back to me by close to or by 8pm. They are awesome!
Mitchell C. is exactly the kind of person you what to show up when you need any kind of home repair. A complete professional and very polite. He explained everything perfectly, and let me know exactly what I needed and why. Job was done timely and everything worked great after. He showed me everything he did and gave me some updates on what I will need to look for and get replaced soon. Because of Mitchell C. I will be using RRP again when needed, and will be recommending RRP to anyone with plumbing issues.
