Keyton S, Blaine F and Jaiden D came out this morning to install a new downstairs HVAC unit for us. What a great and friendly group of guys! Everything went very smoothly and they were super attentive and worked well together. This company has great employees across the board. We know what it takes to maintain a healthy company culture and Quality has obviously done a fantastic job!

Austin was timely and very professional with a respectful and positive attitude, especially in light of an urgent after hours call. Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric responded with professionalism to our after hours call, gave us a status of when we could expect Austin, and expectations for a courtesy call when he would be on his way, which he did. Follow up service that includes the camera in the snaking of our line was immediately scheduled for the next day, and they promptly sent a text and email confirmation for it. I've never experienced this level of customer service for plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company and will always call on them for any of their services.

My 70+ year old home has experienced 2 major Quality makeovers in the last 2 weeks!! Yehaw!! Plumbing repipe being last 3 days! Thank you so much Gabriel and helpers—Jacob P., Caydence B. and Jacob B. for how you took an old tight crawl space with remnants of past plumbers mess and made it new and neat for future plumbers (Quality plumbers!) Not an easy job made even harder with my concerns in certain areas after completion. You absolutely heard my concerns respectfully made changes where needed and explained everything so thoughtfully. Thank you Gabriel!! Also Wow Gabriel, Jacob B. and Monty for an absolutely amazing final job closing all my crawlspace holes with Professional grade cement work far better than you removed! Quality has definitely made me feel safe in my home for the first time since purchase and I am covered by your home plan now for continued confidence. Thank you Thank you Thank you ALL!

Quality installed our HVAC unit 5 years ago. This year 2 months after the warranty was up the unit caught on fire. The fuse boxes caught on fire. Luckily, it didn't burn down my house. I had always had regular check-ups. This summer I reported the unit making sounds and the intake wasn't ducking as hard as it used to. They checked it, said nothing wrong. October I heard the news again, they checked it, said no problem. In November the unit caught on fire. It could have burned my house down and even killed us. The warranty had lapsed, but I thought they should have helped pay for the damages. Also, the unit was damaged in the fire, so they started with repairs and that cost $900.00 for 2 parts. After they installed the new parts, the unit was turning the heat and ac at the same time. So they wanted to order more parts, and said that may not fix it. So then they recommended a new unit. After this one caught fire, I called another company to replace the unit. The first winter we had the unit, the unit wouldn't heat, they had not put the heat strips on. So we were without heat during a snow storm. The unit never worked right. I do not recommend Quality for HVAC repairs.

I have been looking for a heat and air company for awhile. However, my friend had them install a new unit. They blew the power and broke her refrigerator AND caused a hole in her ceiling. They are refusing to fix it. They tried to blame the electric company, but they actually take pictures of their work. SO, now they are refusing to fix anything else until she pays. I hope no one else uses this business. HOW DO YOU BREAK SOMETHING that was NEVER BROKE and then refuse to fix said items. HOW DO YOU PUT A HOLE IN SOMEONE'S CEILING and then LIE and REFUSE to fix it. Make it make sense.

A+++. We've had a LOT of work done by Quality in the past year: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Read on! We had a giant lightning strike near our home in May 2025. It didn't strike our house, but one of our garage door openers was dead, the other one's breaker had tripped, our dishwasher had to be reset, etc. Most significant, our 12 year old Carrier zoned system wouldn't stop blowing cold AC! That seemed better than not working at all, but... Brrrrr!! Quality did their best to repair our system, but ultimately parts and even a compatible thermostat were no longer available. So we ultimately replaced that system, plus a second one, with two Daikin zoned units. (Frankly I'd never heard of Daikin, but it turns out they are a force in the HVAC business nowadays.) Would I buy the Daikin units again? Yes, definitely. They are quiet, unobtrusive, and comfortable. The zoned, hybrid (continuously variable heat pump plus gas backup heat) systems we got are fantastic - truly state of the art! - but they are also complex, so Quality has had to tweak several settings and things to get them to work well for us. Would I buy them from Quality again? I absolutely would, hands down. Quality has stood behind every bit of their work. Don't we all worry about spending a lot of money on something like this, and then when we have little issues or it doesn't live up to our expectations, they suddenly stop returning our calls? Quality is a different kind of company. They have worked with us every step of the way, and are continuing to do so on a couple of last loose ends. Moreover, they have done this cheerfully and with a smile and a spring in their step. You don't learn who you're dealing with when things are great. Someone's character rises to the surface when there are challenges. Quality has stayed closely alongside us and made it clear that our satisfaction of paramount importance to them. That's the kind of outfit I want to deal with. Listen to this: During all this work, I've even had dialogue with Cassie Pound (she and her husband Oscar own Quality). Here is an excerpt from something she emailed me: "I want to be clear on this point: our relationship around this system will never be considered 'closed.' ...our priority is to make sure [your systems are] operating correctly. Even past the coldest stretch of this winter, we will stay engaged and will take care of you any time you need us." Seriously, when is the last time you saw commitment like that from a company? I'd call it exceptional. On the HVAC side, I can't say enough good things about Filip (who heads their HVAC tech group), Chris (our salesman),Juan, Scoob, and so many others who have just been great to work with during the install and tweaking process. Every tech is friendly, smiling, professional, patient, explanatory, and - last but not least - competent. It's not just HVAC we have had done by Quality. They installed a new pressure-reducing valve, which totally corrected a long-running low water pressure issue. Austin was the plumber who did this, and managed to replace our old PRV, which was awkwardly located behind a hot water heater, without having to pull the water heater out; others who looked at our setup quoted a lot more, due to pulling the HWH. Austin was phenomenal and every time the water flows now, I smile thinking about what a great job he did. Quality also installed a whole-house surge protector as part of our HVAC replacements. Nate was the electrician who did this work, which included patiently explaining to this armchair electrician how the device worked based on how it was connected. We'd welcome Austin or Nate or any of these guys back to fix something in our home! All in all, I do highly recommend Quality for everything we've used them for: HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Quality stands out as a company that places customer satisfaction at the highest level of importance. They truly do great work to begin with, and then stand behind their work.

We hired Quality because we've used them before and no problem. Our unit wasn't keeping up,we thought it needed freon. It was actually leaking freon in multiple areas. So we needed to replace the whole thing inside and out. First problem was the electrical. Then they had to go back to shop to get supplies that I would have thought to be with the unit, unless they are piecing together units to save money. My husband is in construction and sees it happen. I had to provide an extension cord for them. For the thermostat it required another size wire for installation and they tried to charge us for it. It's part of the install, not our fault the house has wrong wire! While in attic a slip happened and a dent almost hole was put in ceiling. The workers I encountered was extremely nice, they just felt incompetent at times. Like leaving back door open when I have a small dog, I asked them not to. The electrician was very nice. Everyone was overly nice. Not a bad thing, but it feels like they're hiding something. Anyway, the electrician looked at everything, he was here to finish the install. He said he forgot something at shop, seems to be a theme. So they left. Come to find out about 4-5hours later I had to call the business to find out what happened. I was told I would be called back. She called and left a voicemail instead of actually talking to me. It could have been the wrong number. The electrician had turned off the a/c, left the attic open, then left the door from garage to a room with a portable a/c (that constantly ran) open. He didn't even say anything about turning the air conditioning off and I have heat induced asthma. I'm also disabled with other health issues. They said it was a medical emergency, is why they left. That's not what I was told and I almost had a medical emergency. My husband was LIVID because they carelessly put someones life a risk. I finally was able to get to the thermostat and turned on the a/c. We fired them and my husband is using honest people he works with and fixing the ceiling his self. The icing on the cake is that they send a Thank you thing with prepackaged cookies and say these were made just for you as a thank you because we know there are other choices. Your damn right! I hope, if you choose them. Enjoy the cookies, which tasted like some of brand.

*** edit added some pictures with current date and time to show this is what my unit looks like now. Because the business owner commented this is not what the unit currently looks like**** Two stars only because their tech Amy is great! She should have 5 stars! She is very knowledgeable and knows her hvac! Company refuses to honor their labor warranty on new installs it took the company more than a year to install my unit almost correct lol. They didn't increase my return sizes or install the pedestal on my unit correctly causing me to lose airflow and cooling capability in my house. Don't let this company con you like they did to me! I had Quality Heating and Cooling installing unit in March of 2020 they originally installed it and made it unserviceable and inadequate returns for the size of my house according 4 other hvac companies. 1139 sq foot house 2.5 ton unit two 8 inch returns. So then Quality Heating and Air were supposed to fix the issue it took over a year for them to come out and fix their mistakes after multiple phone calls. They refused to fix the ducts and said they are the correct size, but they did make the unit serviceable. They put it on a wooden pedestal and it has a bunch of air leaks. In February of 2022 During the seasonal maintenance that they do they came out and sealed around it as much as they could. But could not seal it up properly from the inside or around all of the sides or back because of how they installed it. So called them ask them to come out and fix the pedestal that they installed my unit on because they installed it on February of 2022. Well they're saying that they cannot fix the pedestal without payment. because the two-year Parts is up on the unit itself and they would have to remove the unit to properly fix the pedestal. But the pedestal is still under warranty and they would fix the pedestal portion for free but I would have to pay them to remove and reinstall the unit. Ive had other hvac techs come out and now say my unit is unserviceable and low quality workmenship with the pedestal. They gave me a quote of $1,400 to fix their mistake and a separate quote of $850 to upsize my return. Almost double the cost of other quotes I've gotten.

Horrible!!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did. I called this company to test the fixed leaks already marked. All that was required was a pressure test. The guy tells me everything looks good I'll pressure test it and it's going to be $475. I said ok and as the job was about to finish he tells me I have found two other leaks that you need to replace the entire line on. It's going to be $2221.00. I said ok send me the invoice. I get the invoice, and two hours later the invoice changes from $2k to $8k.. with no explanation of services. As I'll post in the photos below. The guy said his tech made a mistake in pricing. He stated this is the new price to get my gas turned back on. This is the most insincere company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of this price gouging racquet of a company.

I cannot recommend Quality Heating & Cooling enough. My AC went out late this past Friday evening, and despite the short notice, they were able to fit me into their service queue immediately. Even though it was midnight by the time the technician arrived, I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness. Michael, our service technician, was outstanding—very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the issues step-by-step so I understood exactly what was wrong. He resolved the problem in under an hour, and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future home maintenance and repairs. If you're looking for honest work and exceptional customer service, this is the team to call!

Had a great experience from start to finish. My house is 33 years old, original pipes. I had a leak and Mike came out after I got off work (convenient for sure) this was a Thursday evening. My entire home was repiped by Monday at 530 pm. Tanner was great spent most of the time under the house but maintained communication. Julian was very personable and made sure I knew what was happing throughout the day. Price for a 3000 sq foot house was reasonable with great payment options including 0% for 12 months which made me very happy. I did sign up for the 14.99/month plan to have my home inspected 2 times a year so our home is protected from anything water. If you need plumbing work done call them. Always on call and work is completed fast. And no messes left!

My water heater stopped working so I called this company to come out and have a look. The technician that came out took one look at the water heater tank and said I would need a new one because it was old and he would get me the price. I asked if he could tell me the price for the individual part that needed replacing. I was quoted $900 to replace the thermocouple and the gas valve and over $3,000 to replace my entire water heater tank. I decided to do my own research into what could be the problem and paid $12 for a thermocouple at Home Depot and replaced it myself with my dads help. So sadly I would not recommend using this company.

I bought a package to have all the systems checked once a year. They have came for plumbing check, electrical check, AC clean n check and heater clean check and cleaned dryer vent. Now getting garage door check. All the service people have been friendly and gave a court call when on the way. All have been polite and friendly. Had toilet clogged and AC was low on freon. Showed anything they found that may need attention in near future with pictures of the issues found. Answered all my questions and had an estimate for any issues I asked about. These guys and gals were the best at pricing, explanations and completing what was needed

My wife and I are so thankful. The company is great, the workers were personable, professional, hard working, and efficient. Quality sent out the electricians in addition to two teams yesterday to finish the job on the second day. We received an entirely new HVAC system including duct work and an upgraded breaker panel. We could not be more pleased with the results. The house is nice and cool. In addition to the work that they did, Quality went above and beyond and fixed a pipe that had been leaking in the attic. My only lament is that I can only give Quality 5 stars. We cannot recommend Quality enough. 5 Stars!

While installing a new ac/furnace system at my home, a new electrical line was required. Nate came out mid morning same day to provide that service. He was professional, very knowledgeable and worked very quickly to install the separate line so the new ac unit could have power. He was even sensitive to my request to have the conduit run along the downspout gutter so it would be less visible. Much appreciated. Nate even made some suggestions on additional alterations for the future. Overall a VERY good experience with this electrician. I would highly recommend them to any who ask.
