Second time using Quality for help with cesspool at my elderly parents home, and couldn't be happier!! Good to be able to hire competent, prompt and honest crew when needed, especially in these times when practically everything costs 2-3 times more than just a few years ago. Tommy and his helper worked quick and efficiently, didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, and charged a very fair price. Definitely gonna hire to do some maintenance work on my own septic system in the near future.
Quality Cesspool is without a doubt the best cesspool company around. I had a serious emergency situation with my cesspool that needed immediate service, Tommy of Quality Cesspool was at my house in less than 30min to help me and my family. Watching him and his crew work was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Within a couple of hours, Tommy was able to remove my old cesspool and replace it with a brand new one with the speed and precision of a true professional who really knows his craft, his knowledge and skills are second to none. I had an issue with my cesspool overflowing. Tommy came over in the pouring rain and assessed the situation and told me that unfortunately our concrete patio was placed over the cesspool. Tommy was able to successfully fix the issue without having to remove our patio and costing us extra money. I appreciate how honest and thorough he was, even in a downpour. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest opinion.
