This was my second time working with Peri from Proto Home Service, and once again the experience was excellent. Peri is consistently courteous, communicative, knowledgeable, and sincere. When we had a significant water leak caused by weather, and he took the time to understand the situation in detail and scheduled a visit promptly. He kept me fully informed and arrived exactly when he said he would. At the last minute, I also asked if he could upgrade some bathroom hardware. When I was about to purchase a bunch of parts, he explained the repair vs. replace cost equation, quickly advised me on what was actually necessary so I would not spend money unnecessarily. That kind of honesty and thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the way he approaches his work and his customers. After completing the repair, Peri showed me the broken parts, explained what had failed, and walked me through how he fixed the issue. His work is careful, transparent, and high quality. I will absolutely be calling Peri and Proto Home Service again.

Placed a call and left a voicemail with Proto as we found our water heater had broken and was leaking in the basement at around 7:30pm. Peri and Odi called back 6 minutes later and were at the house before 8:30pm. Excellent Service, patience with a new homeowner, and fair pricing even in an emergency situation.
