Jerome from Professional Plumbing came to our house to investigate a recurring backup issue we were having in our basement which several sewer companies were unable to get to the bottom of. They ended up finding a toy in the plumbing line that both sewer companies had missed with their cameras. Without their thorough help, it would probably have stayed there for who knows how long continuing to cause issues. Very kind, professional, and thorough service!

They replaced a couple of my old main home shutoff valves for $350 just as Jerome was able to quote from seeing a photo. This was a competitive price compared to others. I really appreciated them not needing to come to my house to give an estimate because that can be hard to schedule with my work. Tycin had the job done in a couple hours exactly as they estimated and valves work great. He showed up on time, didn't make a mess, answered my questions, and was a nice guy. I would call these guys again for my next job.

So impressed with Professional Plumbing. They do a great job of explaining what they will do fix a problem. Ours was a plugged drain which they took care of and at a fair price. First class business. Highly recommend.

Had some toilets acting up and called for routine service. The initial visit didn't go as expected which I wasn't thrilled about. However, the reason for this review is what happened next. When I called in to voice my concern, Jerome in the service department, listened to my complaint. He took 100% ownership. Said it shouldn't have happened and offered to come to my house right in that moment to make it right. He was there in 30 minutes. Fixed the issue and told me to tear up the invoice when it came. I'm paying for the service. Not every situation goes flawlessly. Mistakes happen. It's not the mistake that matters. It's what you do after the mistake that makes the difference. 10/10 recommend using Professional Plumbing. Jerome was great when it came to scheduling and was clear about hourly rates on the weekend. Nick came out early on a Saturday morning and as soon as he knew the job was bigger than expected he suggested a weekday be-back to avoid weekend labor costs. Brought Johnathan with him the next business day to help and they got the job done. They were very professional, conscientious and respectful. We will definitely be using them again.
