Donn, the owner, is very proficient, knowledgeable, and always educates me on the repairs he does with my home. This time my water heater decided to go on the blink! Trying to be positive! It’s been a great way to clean out a portion of my basement! I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I've worked with Pristine Plumbing twice at my older Park Hill residence. Donn had been recommended by my previous plumber and I couldn't be happier. Since all 4 bathroom sinks were having issues, it took several hours to address everything. Donn was pleasant and professional throughout, taking care of every item while ensuring that I was satisfied with the work at the end of the job. Will definitely call Pristine Plumbing again the next time I need help!

Eric from Pristine Plumbing was great. He was able to come within 24 hours when our hot water wasn't working. We suspected the shower cartridge, so we sent him a picture to help him identify what replacement we'd need. He arrived, showed us that a gasket was indeed blocking the inlet, and replaced the cartridge within 30 minutes -- giving us lots of helpful tips along the way. Thanks Eric!

Edit: After seeing the response below I requested photos of the work. I promptly received three pictures of my upstairs bathroom toilet. At this point I have to agree with the other 1-star review. I am thinking the receptionist, Juanita, completely ruined this job for everyone. She failed to cancel my appointment as requested. I don't see any evidence the plumber entered my basement where the described problem was most observable so I doubt the issue was taken down correctly. She recorded my email address completely incorrect so I received no correspondence for three weeks until I was called about non-payment to an invoice I never received. All-in-all I would just avoid this company. I had no idea any work was done or my house was entered for three weeks until I was called for non-payment of services. This was the single worst home repair situation I have ever dealt with. In short: 1. I verbally cancelled the plumbing appointment at the end of my first phone call when I learned my house was further than they are accustomed to. I said I would call them back with more information at a later date. 2. I received no confirmation through email, phone, or text about the appointment but day of I was called and told their plumber was standing outside waiting. 3. I asked them to let me know about circling back later when the house was accessible. I received no information after this and learned today (three weeks later) a plumber entered my premises that day later on with no heads up. 4. The plumber "reseated my toilet" and the major basement leaks were assessed as fixed. I found later from a different company all cast iron pipes were rusted through and cracked. Water was leaking everywhere but pristine plumbing apparently did no checks anywhere. I am not a plumber but water was splashing everywhere when the toilet upstairs was flushed. 5. Weeks later I was asked why my invoice was not paid. They had recorded my email incorrectly while making the appointment. I had no idea my house was even entered without first informing me and assumed no work had been done. I find it highly unlikely their plumber did anything to address the issue. The basement ceilings and open studs showed good amounts of moisture and water damage at a glance. Flushing the toilet upstairs sent a large amount of water all over the basement floor. Attached is a photo of my basement pipe completely rusted through. It had been leaking in the walls and ceiling continuously. The plumbers I called after I believed this appointment was cancelled found it immediately and showed me how a hand fit inside the pipe from the outside. To replace all cast iron rusted through pipes was a $10,000 job. I am baffled to pay $400 to pristine plumbing for potentially leaving my house leaking until the problem got even more out of control.

Recommended for a job and did not get any feedback, also asked if I be recommended to another painter for a remodel and still received no feedback. Went with A PERFECT FINISH.

We have used Pristine Plumbing several times before and keep returning because of the quality of their customer service and skill of their technicians. When we called about having a leaking drain pipe fixed they were able to have Gabe look at it the same day. He provided an estimate for the work, explained everything that would be involved, and said I'd receive an email with the attached estimate and information about scheduling. After reviewing the emailed estimate a quick call to the office locked in a convenient time to have the work done. Gabe showed up when expected, did a great job, and finished faster than he originally said despite it ending up being on the more work end of his estimate. I received a detailed invoice in my email and liked the easy on-line payment system. We'll definitely continue to rely on Pristine for our plumbing needs.

Don, the owner of Pristine, and his team member were courteous, professional, and arrived within the window of time when confirming the appointment. With a minimum number of access holes cut in the drywall, they were able to locate the source of the plumbing leak in the wall behind the commode in our hall bath. The repair was made and they clean up the debris resulting from locating the source of the leak. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend using Pristine for your residential plumbing needs.

Decent service and responsiveness for a very small leak on a valve. They came and fixed it which was simply a loose bolt on the valve. The whole service was 5 minutes and ended up being about $218 with service call and all. I would have liked to know the price before having the service done and would have assumed something simple would just be a service fee charge because I could have simply tightened the bolt. Maybe some more price transparency and communication usually I get a quote before work is started.

I tried 2 other plumbers; one wanted to charge $59 as just a trip charge (basically an add-on for no good reason and one didn't show up and completely flaked on doing the job. Grams was the 3rd place I called and they were the least expensive! They also had the quickest turnaround time! Very pleased and they will be my plumbing company going forward.

I've used Pristine Plumbing a number of times - for emergencies we've had to work with insurance on, for complex issues with our tankless water heater, and for odd jobs like garbage disposals and toilet plumbing. Donn, Eric, and the team are always quick to come out, thorough and friendly, with reasonable and transparent pricing.

Instead of jumping to conclusions and recommending a full new boiler/tankless system (like multiple others did), Donn took the time to figure out a fix that got us up and running in 1 day.
