Top notch experience from initial contact until job completion. Jess was so helpful and courteous when I called to set up my appointment. Zach and Nick arrived and were very thorough in the explanation of our options for a new hot water heater. They did a great job installing the unit, cleaned everything up, and made sure that we understood how to utilize the new hot water heater. Excellent experience all around. I highly recommend This company for all of your plumbing needs.

Josh and Nick were knowledgeable, fast and provided very helpful feedback throughout the process. They replaced my shower trims in 2 bathrooms, and did an excellent job. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were also incredibly kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the Plumber, Zach, who did the inspection at our home today. He maintained a professional and pleasant demeanor which was refreshing. He not only worked quickly but also took the time to explain the pump system to me. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family.

The only Priority here is to separate you from your cash. This was a simple septic drain blockage and they tried snaking the line but were not able to go beyond 23 ft for dear of damaging the snake. After a few minutes of trying they packed up and left charging $540 which was indicated to be a flat rate for this job. Total time onsite less than 40 minutes. They did offer that the entire line could be replaced at upwards of $30,000. Thanks for nothing Priority, waste of money, waste of time.

Horrible experience. Zach did not shut water off to our house, a pipe broke, our kitchen flooded, our basement was damaged because water went into the basement., which cost us 600. He was late coming, did not respond efficiently to text, lied, tried to up the cost of the pieces of our new kitchen sink and did not show when he was supposed to to put it all back together. We had to hire another plumber. We were 6 days without a kitchen sink and dishwasher.

Follow up review for our initial issue of needing our pipes snaked. After the issue persisting, we had scheduled a day to have the lines hydrojetted but due to scheduling they weren't able to service our pipes that day. They did offer a complimentary snake to get us by until a day that worked better for them and ourselves. During the snaking, Zach did pull back a bit root ball and discovered we did indeed have root invasion problems, which he offered replacing a section of the pipes as a solution. We were given ample time to mull over the info between hydrojetting or replacing. Since hydrojetting was a temporary fix, we opted for the pipe replacement, during which they would descale the existing pipes once given access during replacement. They also offered to add in an additional clean out location outside the home in case we have issues in the future. They showed up on the scheduled day ready to work. Despite a small hiccup which delayed them being able to start, once they did they worked through the day to finish the job. They communicated clearly as they started each step, making sure to show me how the descaling worked in a removed part of the pipe as well as where the roots were invading. They also put back the dirt and removed portion of sidewalk the best the ground would allow, also leaving some extra dirt so that it would settle more level as time passes. I am very pleased to have found Priority Plumbing for these services. It can be a real headache to deal with these issues, but they were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any of our communications. I will continue to contact them in the event we have other issues in the future!

I am writing this because the two men that came to my house are incredible! I consider myself to be a good judge of people right away. I had nothing but good vibes the minute they introduced themselves! D.J. and Nick are the real deal…honest, polite, friendly, basically just down to earth good guys. I had a complete meltdown this morning after finding out they wouldn’t be able to come back out until Monday due to the holiday. Being without water for five days has taken its toll on my mental status to say the least. So while I was crying and filling up any containers I could find with water from the neighbors hose, I saw them coming up the street on their van. I was so happy!!! Thank you to the owner for allowing them to come out and bless us with a temporary means to have some kind of water for showers. I am SO GRATEFUL to all of you. This has been a nightmare and your guys are the light at the end of the tunnel. I will recommend you and them to anyone I know. They make having to wait and skip Thanksgiving totally worth it. Priority Plumbing and Drain has a very professional team and plumbing experts to help your needs. From the beginning, the booking processes is very easy and the company let you know exactly who and when the Plumber would arrive to diagnose/fix your issues. Tim Greig was the professional the company sent and he is one of the top 30 percent of the Plumbers I've been dealing with in the last 10 years. Tim showed up on time, diagnosed the issues and give quotes for the repairs of the plumbing issues for one of the toilets in the resident. Although the problems weren't immediate to get fix, I decided to get them done and Tim wasn't "pushed" or "recommended" me in anyway. Love that from any professionals who won't push you to do things you may not needed. Tim fixed everything and once the jobs were completed, the bathroom returned to the original conditions like nothing was wrong with it in the first place. Highly recommended Tim Greig from Priority Plumbing and Drain (and the company) should anyone need their plumbing fix around the MD areas.

This is the only plumbing company I trust and will use. Everyone who I have had the pleasure to meet or talk to has been incredibly nice and helpful. I have gone through so many plumbing companies and have always been disappointed. This is the only Plumbing company I trust and will forever use. Big shout out to Tim, who was Extremely friendly And an amazing worker. DJ who came over right away when I called and told them that my water heater was leaking. Within 10 minutes, he was at my house and the very next morning he replaced it and Will was also there helping him out and he was great. DJ also told me about flushing my water heater something that the last plumbing company never told me to do. You can tell the people who work for this company take pride in what they do. I highly recommend using this company and will be passing their name along to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Thank you all for the amazing service!!!!

I used Priority Plumbing to connect my fridge to a water line and to get a possible leak in the bathroom checked out. They did not give me an estimate before coming, but told me that the vast majority of their customers are happy with their prices. This should have been a red flag, these guys are expensive and have an attitude. They did a good job installing a new water line but it cost much more than I had anticipated (based on the time they spent and an hourly quote from another plumber). I asked them to come back because the water still tasted bad after a couple weeks. They argued with me, came over, and charged $95 for about 10 minutes of labor. It turned out that the fridge was the culprit for the taste (still needed to run more water through it) but they shouldn't have charged me for this. As for the possible leak in the bathroom, they dismissed the noise, so I'm still living with it.

We had Priority Plumbing do some sewer pipe replacement for us 2 years ago so when our garbage disposal started leaking I knew exactly who to contact. We were very pleased with the experience and service received from Tim. We were given a timeframe between 12pm and 3pm and he was here 12pm on the dot, friendly, good communication and quick but efficient with his work. While he was here for the garbage disposal, he also offered to check on other areas of the house. He shared his findings as well as options we could go with. He noticed our faucet was loose and though I communicated it was something I could do, after he left I noticed he went ahead and fixed the faucet. Greatly appreciated that. We ended up foregoing any other services as they weren’t in our price range and main concern was the leaking garbage disposal. However we will definitely be giving them a call for future services.

After a lengthy rainfall I was having some trouble with leakage coming through my master bedroom ceiling drywall. I threw out a project quote request on Yelp to a few different plumbers, and Zach from Priority responded quickly and succinctly. Although I was worried about getting a quick turnaround from my project request, Zach was able to shuffle a few projects around and come by same day to do an inspection and assess what the problem might be. Turns out that a roofing job I had done a few months back wasn't quite stopping moisture from coming through the roof so I would need to follow up there, but Zach was able to explain the situation clearly and give me some next steps on how to approach the issue. His team was very easy to work with and worked quickly and quietly, which I appreciate. Will look into seeking more work from them in the future as the need arises.

I recently purchased a new home and needed to get something replaced asap. I also looked to have the toilets replaced. I reached out to a few companies, but Zach (the owner) got back to me quickly and with a fair prices. Zach was very patient, was upfront on the cost, and answered all of my 200 questions. He got me scheduled quickly. The day of the service, everything went great! Tim arrived, explained what he would be doing and got right to work. Tim had great humor and was easy to chat with. Once he was done he showed me everything and answered any additional questions I had! Even after the service, I had one follow up question for Zach and he got back to me the same day. Zach and his team are reasonable, on time, and worth it. I recommend them 100%. I definitely found my plumber!

Professional & responsive! These folks are amazing! From scheduling to service completion. I love their use of technology. It’s comforting to receive a text with a photo of your assigned technician and who doesn’t love an emailed receipt for record keeping. Customer service is top tier, starting with scheduling! Ashley always makes me feel like everything will be fine no matter the issue. Zach is super responsive, I mean beyond the call of duty responsive and super kind. My last service was performed by Tim and he was just the sweetest. Answering questions is very important to me and he was so patient with me—answering all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked the same ones and with a smile. If you’re in search of a plumber, don’t hesitate! 🤗
