I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Quintana on a job with a mutual client. He was very easy to work with, highly communicative, and a consummate professional! Thank you for setting the standard, Priority Home Services!!

Levi and Eric were knights in shinning armor. They were both respectful and very knowledgeable. They took the time to show us the issue, discuss options and kept everything in the truth. We will need the work fixed and will recommend them specifically.

5 Stars, what can I say? Clyde showed within an hour, had everything he needed to make the repair on the broken water pipe, and was done in less than 2 hours. Happy with the work and Clyde’s professionalism! Thank you!!!

**Edit to company response 5/30/24 I am partial homeowner, I took ownership in 2021 through the existing mortgage, so please add more detail. My mother also the owner and policy holder - whom you guys have avoided and who is at a communication disadvantage due to english being her second language, I have had to step in. We, the client of HomeServe a Home Warranty company - would never had to pay for your services. Exactly why we pay for home warranty and have full coverage for our mainline. The issues I have as a homeowner and an unfortunate customer of Priority and Plumbing due to them being contracted by HomeServe: - Said they would fix our sprinkler lines and electrical in Nov 2023 they destroyed. - Got avoided by this company for 6 months UNTIL it was discovered they didn't replace 4ft of the original pipe that had SEVERE root intrusion (the entire reason we got our mainline replaced.) - 05/01/2024 Sean Farris said they would fix the sprinklers and make this right and has continued to avoid us. This company absolutely did not go above and beyond. Priority Plumbing and Heating HAD to come back to fix a problem they were legally contracted to fix in Nov 2023 and did NOT complete. Above and beyond for what, adding some soil? The stress and financial burden this has caused has been significant. Original post 5/29/24 **Another bad Sean Farris (VP/ Owner) review on a mainline replacement (Estimated $18,000+ Insurance job.) On November 9, 2023 Priority Plumbing and Heating Littleton was hired to replace and install a new mainline on our property by my home warranty company (HomeServe.) They acted in several negligent ways, did not complete the job they were paid to perform, destroyed my front yard, sprinkler lines and electrical. When we raised the concerns to Sean - Sean Farris, told us to kick rocks and that our concerns were not his issue. We were persistent and knew this job was not done correctly. He continues to give us the run around for 6 months, he was conveniently always in a "meeting." After paying a 3rd party to scope out and make note of all the things Priority Plumbing and Heating did wrong, they told me it would be $18k+ to fix their mistakes. I had a demand letter written up to get them to pay attention to the issues that I had complained about for 6 months. Things they did wrong: - Did not backfill our soil causing a sinking trench. - Cut all of our sprinkler lines/ electrical and buried them. - Failed to replace our mainline in its entirely, left with severe root intrusion. - Failed to clean up - left old clay pipe strung along our front yard. - Clean out caps were below ground level, improperly glued and secured. Fast forward May 2024 - Priority Plumbing and heating said they would replace the rest of the line that they failed to replace the first time, clean up the trash they left, back fill our soil that was sinking into a trench, and get someone to fix our sprinkler lines/ electrical. Once Sean and his crew came to fix their original issues - his crew member showed us that our mainline was leaking sewage into our front yard for six months from. Sean never mentioned anything to us other than everything looks great. Now its a month later - Sean Farris wont return my phone calls about getting our sprinkler lines/ electrical fixed, he continues to be in "meetings" Seans' motto is - we were paid to replace the line and thats it. If we break it, its not our issue. Spent over $4,000 to get my sprinkler lines and electrical fixed + had to pay to get my line scoped by a third party. Spent 6 months trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs this has been a horrible situation and horrible company to deal with. I believe the only reason they came back was because HomeServe was made aware Priority Plumbing and Heating did not perform the job in its entirety that they were paid to do. IF not for that, I would still have sewage leaking into my yard, a sinking trench etc. AVOID at all costs and do your research.

Extremely overpriced Got a quote to replace a water heater. They would not give a quote over the phone and had somebody come out at no charge. The old water heater was already drained and the new water heater was already at the site. The plumber only would have had to remove the old water heater and install the new one. I figured it might take 2 hours max. Their quote was $800. And when we declined, the technician (who was really nice by the way and not to blame at all for their company's business practices) put his boss on speaker phone who started to argue with me. Extremely unprofessional. Called a different plumber who came out two days later and installed the water heater in less than an hour for $200. Edit: Did not have time to call you guys to clarify. Appointment was on Sept 16 between 12 and 2 pm in Longmont. Name of Technician was Isaac. Since we had already done most of the work ourselves, the tech had to call his boss before being able to give a quote. So the $800 was not a regular flat rate, but a quote based on the work left to do. Since you guys don't have an hourly rate, I was told $800 was a fair number, because if it took 5 hours to remove the water heater, I would not be charged for the extra time ...

Zhan was very friendly & professional. After initial confusion over a $49 price, Sean called me to try & make things right. Zhan came back & did the job for us & discovered we probably will need additional work done due to a break in the line under the basement floor. I will update this when all is finished. Very happy with Zhan & Sean. Updated review- The work was done finally. It took longer, due to other commercial contracts that needed work & long holiday weekend off. I was charged for 25' of line. It was only 20'. The office only offered to change the description on the invoice to 20', but didn't reduce the charge. Sean looked at the measurement after I protested, but did not change the incremental cost. "I don't charge by the foot" he said. All decisions were to be directed to Sean, who was too busy to handle my calls. Communication with him was indirect & inconsistent. Bottom line- watch out for pricing games, time commitments & inability to get Sean pinned down & a correct amount billed. I was getting collection calls from the office while I was trying to get a correct bill to pay. My initial 5 star rating is reduced to 2 stars. Pew!

I try not to write too many bad reviews, but this company is absolutely awful. I originally called because of a sewer backup in my home. The plumber who showed up over an hour after I was told they would, said the toilet was the cause of the sewer backup. I paid over $900 for a toilet to be replaced which was outrageously priced. Turns out this wasn't the cause of the sewer backup and this caused a second sewer backup days later that flooded half of the main level of my home and poured sewage water all over the tile, carpet and into the basement. When I called all I could get was an AI robot who said that someone would call me because it was an emergency. No one ever called me back and I had to call again in the morning where I was told no one would come out until the next day. Nearly 36 hours after the house flooded. I don't know what kind of emergency can wait 36 hours, but not when your house is flooding. I have to hire someone else to do the work and now I have to pay for all the damage to my flooring as well. Whatever you do, save yourself the money and dont use this company.

This company hit me up randomly for a 50% off A/C tune-up on a text message, not sure how they got my number, but I agreed. They called to schedule and it would be 2-3 weeks out, and that was fine. Day of the service, they called to reschedule because an employee called in sick, I get that. We rescheduled another 2-3 weeks out. Day before, they called to reschedule for the same reason, I explained what was happening and we rescheduled for the following day. Less than an hour later, they called to reschedule that appointment, because an employee was going to be out. It was the same girl and she had no idea we had talked 20 minutes earlier. Moving on to a different company, who employs more responsible employees that show up for work. I'm guessing they had a bigger more expensive project come up and mine wasn't worth their time.

When something like your water heater dies out of nowhere it can be an awful feeling. I called around and got a few quotes. Luckily I found Priority Plumbing. They had an appointment THAT MORNING where a person was able to come out. Jose was awesome. He gave me a competitive quote and guaranteed he would get the job done right. And right he was. Jose did an awesome job pulling out the old tank and getting a new one installed for me within a couple of hours. I appreciate his flexibility and his professionalism. Priority has solid employee on their hands. Thanks to the quick response and Jose’s awesome work I will definitely recommend Priority to any of my friends needing plumbing work in the future.

My A/C system, while still under full warranty, totally failed to power up last week. The company dispatched Kaleb Friend, a relatively junior HVAC repairman to my house to analyze the problem. Instead of just casually checking out the most likely causes of the problem, I was totally pleased that Kaleb methodically inspected and tested every component in the entire critical path, thereby eliminating possible causes of the problem. He stuck with it until he identified the unlikely source of the system failure, replaced the faulty component, and returned my A/C system to full operational use. Kaleb was professional, competent, personable, and respectful in all respects. Thank you, Kaleb!

We had an incredible experience with Paul R.! He came to fix our toilet and exceeded all expectations. Paul was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained the issue clearly and walked us through the repair process, making us feel confident about his work. Not only did he get the job done efficiently and quickly, but he also maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout. Finding someone who combines expertise with excellent customer service is rare, and Paul delivered on both. If you need a skilled professional who is also a pleasure to work with, Paul R. is the one to call. I highly recommend him! Thank you, Paul!

When I called Priority Plumbing, I spoke with a lady by the name of Candice. She was wonderful, so kind, asked many quesions surrounding my issue to help direct what the next steps ought to be. Jahziel came out to our home and he was fabulous! We had a sewer issue and because he thought outside of the box Jahziel was able to determine the problem. No other plumbing comany could figure it out. I was so thankful. He came with a smile on his face, very polite and took the time to explain what had happened. His service was top knotch! I really appreciated both Candice and Jahziel. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much Susie

When I had a plumbing emergency early on a weekday morning, I was scrambling to find someone to address it right away. From the start, Priority Plumbing & Heating was wonderful. Their call-in service was kind and helpful in the midst of my stressful situation. They were able to fit me that very morning. And Levi Perpetua, the expert technician who took the service call, was great. Levi was thorough in his assessment of the problem. He took the time to carefully explain things to me fixed the plumbing problem well. He also let me know how to take precautionary measures from now on. A pleasure to work with!

We had a minor issue with our kitchen sink and Josh Knapp came to fix it. He was VERY friendly and helpful and offered to take a look at all the other drains in our house to make sure they weren't having the same issue. He gave us a solution for the problem, it wasn't something we HAD to do so he wasn't pushy at all to get us to do it. He waited patiently while I contacted my husband to tell him what was going on and when we decided to fix it, he ran to the store to grab the part and was back and had it fixed up in no time. I would highly recommend Priority plumbing and Josh, in particular!

My husband heard a noise coming from the furnace, and it was late morning, however, Wendy was able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon. The technician, Justin, arrived on time. He did a thorough check of our old furnace and determined the noise was from air duct contracting and expanding. He had a solution and would send out a technician to do the fix. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also informative about the company’s ability to install new furnace and AC and sent me an estimate.
