Prestige Plumbing

We have multiple houses and we wanted a company on the west side of Stark Co. We did our due diligence and picked Prestige. Lucky us:)-

These guys are always there when you need them and fix things within a reasonable amount of time. I use Prestige at home and at work! This is a great family business!

Called and scheduled same week. Work done professionally and in same morning. Very pleased with the work and quality of the repairs. Recommend highly.

Came home late at night, and had no water. Called in the morning and had someone at the house within 2 hours. I thought it might be the pressure tank that I had them installed in 2020. The person came and said the pressure tank was not the issue and the well pump might be going bad. I asked them for an invoice so I could pay the service call and the person said no charge and said he would treat it as a estimate. Definitely would recommend and will always call them if I ever have any issues.

I had them come out to get rid of Sulphur smell in my hot water tank. They were here all day and through no fault of their own they eventually had to replace my HW tank. It was all done for free. These guys are great and they know customer service. I will definitely use them for all plumbing problems I have.

I was very satisfied with the service. I was able to get someone out the very next day. The plumber explained everything and I knew the cost before he started the work. He was also very professional and cleaned up any water before he left.

They showed up on time and ready to work. The job was completed in a timely maner, we tested it. The mess was cleaned up and they have taken the old pipes that were removed. Dave
