Matt is very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and quickly solved what he could. Then he gave us a thorough plan for moving forward to fix the larger issue. He is kind and patient.

Mike at Prescher Plumbing Service was exceptional. He diagnosed a problem with our Navien tankless water heater system, discovered there were issues with the gas pressure from city, called and had them here in no time to regulate our intake pressure, made the necessary repairs and all systems are working perfectly. Great guy, very professional and knowledgeable as he walked us through each step. I highly recommend his company and will absolutely be using them again.

Mike is absolutely fantastic! He recently installed a new tankless water heater in our home, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. The new system works perfectly — endless hot water and great energy savings already! It’s rare to find someone who’s both highly skilled and genuinely cares about doing quality work.
