We had a serious septic backup issue and they did a great job from start to finish. Nick, the team leader, was very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain the problem clearly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They identified that the issue was a damaged outlet line caused by tree roots, performed the necessary excavation, and replaced the line correctly. The system is now working perfectly. The crew was punctual, respectful, and hardworking. The price was reasonable for the amount of work performed, especially considering the difficult terrain and root damage. I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing and Septic, and especially Nick and his team.

I had suspected a clogged septic line as the system was starting to backing up into the low points of the lines no matter the water drain point. I sent 2 requests to different companies on a Thursday night with either no response or no availability for a week. A called Precision Friday morning, reviewed the situation with Kayla and with 30 minutes had a call back confirm someone could be on site the same afternoon. Cody arrived, walked the grounds in professional manner and we discussed is plan. After a couple hours the main issues were found. Prior to any work follow-on work Cody reviewed and provided a quote outline the work. Pick and choose, you decide. While working on the initial changes he pointed out a leveling issue with the main drain line, and I was skeptical. However, once the pipe was removed the issue was plain as day. 1 1/2 drop in the center of the line from 20 years + of settling creating a collection point. Great catch and well worth the money for unit longevity. Overall great experience with the team, highly recommended. Kind Regard, Jason
