I have known and trusted Rusty Greer for my plumbing needs for 30 years. Back on 1/27/2026, when we all woke up to freezing temperatures, my sister discovered that her tankless water heater was frozen. I reached out to Rusty that afternoon and the very next morning he was at my sister's house and took excellent care of her!!! He took the time to explain his quote, offered very fair pricing and replaced the water heater with a much higher quality tankless water heater than she had prior. He ended up returning the following day to sit down with her and explain what to do moving forward if there are freezing temperatures. I would HIGHLY recommend Rusty!! He also knows contractors from other trades and can recommend licensed, reliable contractors to you! SUPPORT LOCAL!!

I’ve known Rusty for about 12 hours and can confidently say he’s made me a customer for life! He answered my call at 1130p after an hour of watching other “professionals” leave me on Read or ignore my call on their 24/7 emergency lines. After a 7 minute conversation about my emergency, I felt safe and taken care of. Man…. What can I say about Polar Plumbing? Everything you want in a plumber and expect! Called on Thursday he made the time to come by on Friday at the time he said he would… Assessed my situation, ordered the parts he needed and had it fixed by 1 o’clock on Monday afternoon? Every other plumber, I called told me 2/3 weeks out. Highly recommend Rusty And polar Plumbing!!!!

Rusty Greer and Polar Plumbing came out at the drop of a hat to fix a leaky Spicket on the outside of our house! He fixed it in no time and had us back up and running. Couldn’t recommend this company and team more for your plumbing needs. First class team and company and I will for sure be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

Rusty is amazing to work with, he is honest, on time, priced reasonable, and verified what I wanted to be done before doing anything. Rusty changed out a 1962 pedestal sink with the original subway tile with a modern vanity and it looks absolutely amazing! I would NEVER call anyone but Rusty to help with any plumbing needs.
