Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air

Needed to replace two old 40 gal water heaters. Decided to make the switch to tankless. Installation went smoothly and completed in one day. Quote for the work was very reasonable for a retrofit when compared to others I got. I already have recommended them to a couple neighbors and a co-worker considering the same switch.

We had a hot water heater start to fail and needed it replaced quickly. Our setup is a bit strange but Polar Bear had David dispatched to us the next morning and he patiently went through my options and described what had likely happened. He got everything done by early afternoon without any issues at all. They added some new safety mechanisms we were missing and improved the hot water setup we had while they were at it. I do not have a single bad thing to say, it was incredible service and we didn't lose hot water for a single day 🙌

We were able to have Wyatt come out and diagnose our furnace issue on Monday morning (called around 8:30 AM, he was out at 11:30). He promptly found the problem, recommended a variety of solutions and services to get it running again, and was able to get the parts and repair it same day. We are so happy to be toasty warm again. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and we'll be happy to do business with them again. Prices seemed reasonable as well (though I don't have much knowledge in this area).

Polar Bear Plumbing was contracted to repair or replace two exterior home faucets and install a bathroom faucet and stopper. One of the exterior home faucets was repaired but requires extreme effort to turn on and off. The other exterior faucet was broken upon repair and required a more complex and unexpected replacement. Homeowner agreed to an upcharge for the additional repairs on that exterior faucet. That faucet, after repeated use, is now manageable for turning on and off, although difficult. Regarding the in-home faucet install, the assistant journeyman plumber broke the plunger rod during installation, so he used the previous plunger rod and stopper in the sink in concert with the brushed nickel faucet. After escalation within the organization, company agreed to order a brushed nickel stopper/plunger and install it upon its arrival at Polar Bear Plumbing. Services were rendered on 4/1/26. As of 5/11/26, Polar Bear Plumbing has not provided a status update. It is noted that the plumbing journeymen left broken pieces of a plastic faucet handle near an exterior faucet upon their departure. Some of the pieces were picked up by the homeowner but at least one piece remained (refer to photo). 3 hours of work by two men for $1477 seems excessive given the quality of work provided.

Plumber came onsite for clogged toilet. Used snake down the toilet to identify clog, scratched porcelain beyond repair. Determined sewer lines were cracked and recommended replacement. No use of our home facilities for 7 days while we waited for them to return for repairs. Destroyed backyard , our sprinkler system, left trash and debris, total disregard to our request to minimize damage to our sprinkler system. Don’t just walk away from this company, run!

Fantastic experience with Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air from start to finish. We just bought a house in the middle of summer with no AC. Tanya and Lindsey were super sweet and helped us schedule, reschedule, and reschedule an appointment while we were busy moving. Jeremy came in and helped me understand the process and explained everything in such a simple way that it was like talking to a buddy. The price was so good, I ended up asking to get my 40 year old furnace replaced too. My last thank you is to the two gentlemen who came out to install everything. Kaleb and Aaron completed a masterpiece. They were so kind and professional. They listened to all of my questions and explained anything I didn't know. Again, absolutely beautiful work. Service and repairs were prompt. The Ryan immediately found the source of the plumbing problem and provided us with ideas on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. We were so pleased with their plumbing services. We contacted Polar Bear for our HVAC replacement. They quickly provided the estimate & scheduled the installation. Kaleb & Arron completed the installation of the new heater & air conditioner efficiently and neatly. They are proud of the results. During the holiday season our master shower faucet failed. Steve quickly found the parts and completed the repair. Thank you to the Polar Bear Team! We highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs. 2026 Spring start up for our air conditioning system. Wyatt did an awesome job. In the fall of 2025, he was being trained by Kaleb. It is great to have skilled staff who can pass their knowledge to their team members.

Caleb Hart from Polar Bear Plumbing n heating went above and beyond his role in the company. He was not only the installer of a heat pump I decided to go with, but more knowledgeable in sales than anyone else I had talked with from other companies and a great technician trouble shooting an older system I had as well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and studies his industry. He was very kind and professional and went over any questions I had and walked me through all pros n cons of systems. It’s hard finding a good technician and have found one for all future needs. Can’t recommend him and his company enough.

I woke up early this morning before work to discover my water heater expansion tank had burst open and was spewing water everywhere. I could not be more thankful for the quick response from the team at Polar Bear which saved us from having to go several days with our water shut off. Thank you very much Dave, for your fast response about my pipe burst at my residence in Fort Collins. The section of pipe used to repair the broken pipe is state of the art! We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in the attic. Initially contacted a competitor, who advertises on television. Their tech told me it's HVAC, so out of his league. I then did some research on Yelp, and found that Polar Bear has lots of positive feedback, and I can see why. Unfortunately I cannot recall the tech's name, but he was quick to diagnose the problem. His quote was reasonable, so we had him do the job, He was quick to repair the issue, and button everting up. Five Stars - I've found my go to plumber

We were having issues with our AC unit not working right to keep our home cool. Wyatt came out and ran some tests and cleaned our furnace. Turns out, we are going to have to get a new furnace and AC unit. He set up an appointment for the next morning to have Jeremy come out and give us a quote on the system. Wyatt was great!! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Polar Bear should be proud to have Wyatt on their team! Thank you!

From start to finish, top notch. Tanya, office manager, prompt responses and an efficient communicator. Kaleb did an assessment when my furnace died. Patiently explained all my options, and was awesome in helping me understand the process. Had an estimate for 3 options within 36 hrs, and work scheduled 3 days later. Furnace installed and some plumbing issues resolved same day. Justin and Alex plumber/HVAC techs were competent and lovely. Honest, low key, competent work at very fair prices.

5-star business! From first contact to estimate, install, and follow up two weeks later, I couldn't be more impressed. During a heat wave when I was desperate for A/C, they came out on a Saturday and replaced my whole HVAC system quickly and beautifully. Prices were reasonable and their responsiveness awesome, even AFTER the job was done. They went above and beyond and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Polar Bear.
