1st Action Is an amazing company. I called Monday morning with a broken hose under my kitchen sink. They were here in 25 minutes and had it fixed in a half hour. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after the repair. I really appreciate that they texted me a photo of the repairman and when they would be here. I had them put in a new furnace a couple of years ago. Same great service. They wore booties and put down cloths to protect floors, helped program the new thermostat. I wouldn’t have known they had been there except I had heat. Another time, we needed toilets installed. We had purchased the toilets at a big box store but needed to go pick them up. They said they would pick up the toilets on their way here. They also came the same day I called. I highly recommend this company.

We met Brandyn at the Greeley Home Expo. He was friendly very informative and the pricing was good. He came by the house and and gave us the estimate for a commercial grade water heater. His crew came out (arrived on time) and the guy's were great, friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. It was a difficult install but they worked steadily and completed the job. I highly recommend 1st Action. Already planning on using them soon!!! We had 1st Action plumbing come back to install a pressure reducing valve to our water supply line. The crew was on time and again did an excellent job. The guys were the same that installed the water heater, They were polite and very informative about the RPV and left the area in the basement clean. I am glad we found a plumbing company that does excellent work and have good people to work with.

I have been using 1st Action for several years. Brandon the owner is friendly and very helpful with working out the best options for any situation. Curtis and Brandon (the technicians) are professional and knowledgeable. They clean up when they are finished. I will be using them again.

Curtis and Branden were both great to work with. Had a pretty complex re-pipe of my utility room involving a new 75 gal. Hot water heater and Navien HE boiler. Curtis and Branden are incredibly knowledgeable and provided me a few different options. Their attention to detail and customer service mindset made the process smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend 1st Action plumbing and heating. Will certainly have them back out for my furnace

Had trouble getting companies in town to return my calls. Needed a sewer line fixed that required excavation work. 1st Action came to my rescue. They got me in for a service call, provided an estimate and a quick turnaround to get the job done. Great customer service.
