The overall service was amazing. The quick turnaround for an appointment was by far greatly appreciated. Daryl Taylor was very professional and efficient. He explained the visit in the beginning, during, and afterwards. He even wore boot covers. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Sean was AMAZING. He was so kind, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help fix my kitchen pipe that bursted. He walked me through everything and even helped me understand the plumbing throughout my house. As a first time homeowner recently it was very overwhelming to have a water emergency but I recommend Sean to everyone. If I ever have issues again he is the one I would feel most comfortable with to give me honest, quick, and efficient help!

My experience with PlumbLife was great! I called and explained my issue and they immediately set me up for first thing in the am. Our technician Daryl was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He came in and went straight to work explaining everything along the way. He was very transparent about the cost for the scope of work and what the worse case scenario would be if needed. He was very conscious of keeping the work area protected from being soiled and he left everything just as neat and clean as he found it. We really appreciated his great professionalism. It's obvious that he truly enjoys his work. From the time l placed the call to PlumbLife to the time he completed and left we were extremely satisfied. This company thrives in great customer service.

NEVER AGAIN - hired these guys 5/27 to replace tub spout & 3 valves swapping out copper for brass pipes behind the access panel. Showed plumber Sean Farrow what I wanted to match current valves which were porcelain bathtub handles. He ignored my requests & replaced with bulky but practical chrome handles & replaced copper pipes with "brass". Which is okay for practical reasons, however when i went to clean/drain the tub it did not happen. Mind you i had "gerry-rigged" the overflow when i bought this house but it did drain. $1474 dollars later I called the office for the tech to come back out b/c tub would not drain at all we got into a heated discussion about the overflow plate & linkage whereas this tech Sean advised me he could make "right" for $800 bucks OR i could buy a dollar store drain plug/stopper. I told him I wanted it to be as before with the tub draining. Next morning I went to Lowe's & bought a new overflow plate & linkage for $32 replacing same. Per the attached photos I sat in the tub & noticed the tub spout was crooked..sent to several friends who agreed -mentioned to the customer service person Ryan on the same day Wed 5/27 whereas he told me he wasn't sure he could get tech back to my home after 4pm (i made clear i had a doctor appt 3-4pm). Advised "Ryan" i just spent $1400 dollars & yes someone would come back to fix the "crooked" tub spout. Sean Farrow came back & swore he did not touch the tub spout, yet "somehow" it no longer was crooked. See photos** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY especially if you are a female because i found them to be dishonest & condescending - ignoring your requests & dismissing any objections you have. I will never hire nor recommend this company, negative experience from start to finish.

After having several people come out to look at my pipes and tell me there was nothing they can do or just tell me they wouldn't do anything because of the icy conditions. Sean came in and went to work. I will not be hiring anyone other than Sean for any of my plumbing needs. He is the absolute best! The icy cold weather and my water filled crawlspace didn't scare him. He looked at the challenge and made it his. He fixed all of my frozen pipe ,water pressure and hot water issues the same day. No excuses just work. I would leave him a billion stars if I could but we only have five. Look no further Sean with plumblife plumbing is definitely your guy for your plumbing needs. I'm so happy today. Thank you again Sean your welcome in our home any time. 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
