Heath and his son worked late into a Friday night to help me and make sure I was taken care of. They even took multiple trips to make sure they got the parts needed to fix my problem. He explained everything to me in a way I could really understand it. Tell your wife I'm sorry for keeping you so late, but you saved us this weekend, and your service should be commended and celebrated! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! Seriously!!! :)

Tyson provided EXCELLENT service! He assessed my toilet problem and explained my repair options with cost estimates in a way I could understand! Tyson and his apprentice helper were able to pick up supplies and fix toilet all in this same day visit- yay!! Plus they were very respectful of my home and all was left clean when done - Thank you!!

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a new system install. On the day of I called to confirm and receptionist said they had no record of it. She was nice and forwarded me to another gentleman. This guy all but refused to have someone come out and give me an estimate and never even apologized for the mix-up. Definitely won't be using this company for any future work.

I have found my new plumber! After waking up to cold water and a leaking water heater on a Friday morning, I went on a frantic search to find a company that could replace my old water heater asap. I found Four Seasons Plumbing after reading many positive reviews, and I left a voice message. A short time later, I received a call from Leroy. After explaining my situation, he said he could be here within a couple of hours. Sure enough, he showed up, ready to work. He assessed the failure, explained my options thoroughly and gave me a surprisingly fair bid to replace the water heater and install a new expansion tank. After completing the work, he put a pressure gauge on the new water heater and showed me that my line pressure was way too high. To correct this issue, he explained, a PRV (pressure reducing valve) needed to be installed. He quoted me a price (again, very fair) and told me he could be out the following morning (Saturday) to install it (along with replacing an old gate style valve on my water main with a new ball valve). He showed up the next morning and did the work. After turning the water back on, he noticed water bubbling up through the ground in the crawl space under our home where the water main entered the house. He dug a hole and could find no leak on the inside of the house, surmising that the leak was on the outside, where the stop and waste valve for our sprinkler system was located. He then dug a FOUR FOOT DEEP HOLE on the outside and showed me a leaking T fitting which fed the sprinkler system off the main, along with a badly cracked stop and waste valve. After quoting me the cost of repair, he finished the job. Leroy spent nearly NINE HOURS at my home on that Saturday, repairing existing problems and potential future problems that could have easily cost us thousands of dollars in the long run. The amount charged was ridiculously low considering the time spent and quality of the work. He is a master at his craft, and seemed less concerned about his profit than our satisfaction and peace of mind. After finishing, he cleaned up the work areas so thoroughly that you'd never know any work had been done. I will not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons Plumbing to my family and friends. I had Plumbing Utah Heating & Air take care of a toilet repair yesterday and decided to use them from the exceptional service they provided a few years ago when replacing one of my old toilets. This time I had an issue in a different bathroom with the toilet base rocking and not properly bolted in. Aaron and Brighton came to the rescue and they quickly determined the flange had broke and since this was a basement (on concrete) installation, they used a better flange, more appropriate to suite the installation. They provided professional and personalized service to my installation, not just going with a cookie-cutter solution that could cause more problems in the future. I really appreciate that. They are responsive and true professionals providing personalized service. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Utah Heating & Air for any plumbing or HVAC needs. They are my "go-to" provider based on my experiences having used their services twice now with amazing outcomes.

I found out that I had a significant water leak, so I got a hold of Utah Leak Locate. They got on my problem right away and there was a crew at my door within a day. They started right away, solving my problem. It was a great crew to work with. They were very responsive to my questions and I could tell very professional in their work. They quickly found the source of my leak and it was quite a complicated fix, as the pipe that was leaking was underneath a foot of cement, the width of an RV pad. Using their modern technology, they were able to slide the old pipe out as they were pulling in a new pipe. They had a very deep hole to dig to get to the offending pipe, but they had the equipment to get the job done. After a couple of days, they had the pipe replaced and water running again. I appreciate their professionalism and they will be the ones that call the next time I have a plumbing problem.

I had Brandon come out to my place in hopes that he could find a leak on my main waterline. This was following a visit from a competitor the day before who quoted me $1359 just to find this leak. After speaking with Brandon, I found that the competitor would just be contracting Brandon’s team to find the leak and then up charging me. He showed up on time and quickly found a leak, and he gave me a very fair price to repair. His guys came in the next day and took care of business. They finished up the job today. When I arrived to the house after work, I am shocked at how nice my yard looks following the repair. Do yourself a favor and pass on all of these big corporate companies and just give Brandon‘s team a call for all of your plumbing needs. My wife and I were very thankful they were able to take care of us so quickly. Thanks guys! You exceeded all expectations!

Heath was our Professional. He is licensed and bonded and a true professional. He answered our phone calls. He returned phone calls quickly. He kept his time commitment, he knew his stuff, and he left it better than he found it. He was respectful and clean and very knowledgeable. We got three bids and he was not the cheapest, but he was absolutely the most thorough and best man of the three. If Utah plumbing is hiring people like that, that is who I will use from now on. When I choose a company, I look for someone who is knowledgeable and professional and if you need plumbing done, you need to specifically ask for Heath. Thank you Heath! We couldn’t be more happy.

Took Action and changed companies. I certainly made the right choice. Taylor was so pleasant to work with. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Have a duplex and he worked on other side as well under maintenance special. . I was told even by the company that installed my new furnace that the way they had installed would void my warranty. Finally found someone that saw and resolved the problem. Edgar went above and beyond on correcting the previous companies error. My furnace runs quieter and I’m sure more efficient. Also new a/c unit since furnace was taken apart and turned the correct direction, Baldo worked on that install and worked very hard. VERY PLEASED!!

Brandon and his team are great! They are very confident and clearly know what they are doing. Additionally, they are very nice, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Most importantly, the quality of their work is outstanding. They had to manually dig up my front yard to fix a deep leak in the sprinkler pipe. After fixing the issue, they discovered that the ground was too wet due to the leak, so they waited a few days for everything to dry before putting the dirt and sod back in place. Now, I can hardly tell where the work was done unless I get really close, and even then, I only notice the inevitable sod cut-offs.

These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. From my first call to the office off a Google search, to Brandon coming out on site to bid the job , to the work crew showing up , we just had a great experience. Our commercial building was losing hundreds of gallons of water each day due to a leak down at the water main connection and they located it and fixed it and got the water back on for all the tenants . The same day, another one of the guys replaced 3 faulty toilet valves that were wasting 30 gallons of water every hour. Give them a call and let the water savings begin.

Cole & Kaden came today after calling to let me know when they would be at my house for my scheduled appointment. They were very courteous and offered to remove their shoes upon entering. I had a few things I wanted an estimate and their opinion on. I’m very impressed with them and how professional they were. I will be using this company in the future and would definitely recommend them!! Thank you for being honest and helpful to me, especially after being taken advantage of by other companies, you are VERY appreciated!!!

My water heater went out and after calling several different companies, Four Seasons was the only one able to come out and replace it same day. Being without hot water in the middle of winter was NOT something I was willing to wait several days for! Leroy was extremely helpful, friendly, and completed everything for a very fair price. Arrived on location within an hour of me calling, and had everything wrapped up within 3 hours! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking!

Look no further for your plumbing needs; I can't say enough good things about this company. Leroy installed a new efficient water heater for me and spent time educating me on everything that was involved. His final price was exactly what he quoted me and he even gave me a discount after an issue arose in getting the installation site up to code since it wasn't something we had originally discussed. His estimate was HALF what other plumbers quoted me.
