“I called Plumbing Pros early Sunday morning and let them know my pipes had frozen. Gary and Gus were here by 10 am to work on the problem. They got the pipes unfrozen, water flowing. And then they went the extra mile to remove the failed heat tape on the water pipe, install new heat tape, and install new installation.”
“I found about an inch of water in the crawl space. Hoping it was plumbing related, I called Plumbing Pros. They came out in an hour and a half to assess. Turns out both sump pumps were shot. Replaced our primary sump pump within an hour and even vacuumed up most of the water since he had a little bit of time before his next appointment.”
