Gary, Gus, and Chino did a superb job installing my water softener system. Everything was thoroughly explained. I didn’t even have to ask them if they had “booties” upon entering my home. They already had them on at the door. I will absolutely use Plumbing Pro’s for my next plumbing project.
The guys did an excellent job dealing with an abnormal situation! They were very transparent and fair when it came to the work that needed to be done. Job was completed early than planned which was excellent! Gary and Gus you are great! I would highly recommend!
Plumbing Pros was terrific. Responded to my problem and had it repaired same day. Have used them several times. Great fast service every time. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Gary and Gustovo both very easy to work with.
I called Plumbing Pros early Sunday morning and let them know my pipes had frozen. Gary and Gus were here by 10 am to work on the problem. They got the pipes unfrozen, water flowing. And then they went the extra mile to remove the failed heat tape on the water pipe, install new heat tape, and install new installation. Cost a lot, but it was worth it to have after hours service on a Sunday, and they did an excellent job. They know what they were doing. I would recommend them.
I found about an inch of water in the crawl space. Hoping it was plumbing related, I called Plumbing Pros. They came out in an hour and a half to assess. Turns out both sump pumps were shot. Replaced our primary sump pump within an hour and even vacuumed up most of the water since he had a little bit of time before his next appointment. Coming back in a couple days to replace our secondary sump pump. So grateful for this service and will definitely use them, again!
