“Only Ignacio in Plumbing Guys came to our house to inspect the leaks, and tried to first fix the leaks instead of replacing the water heater to help us reduce the cost. Weeks later the leaks happened again, then Ignacio and his partner helped us replace the water heater, and only charged us the payment delta between replacing the water heater and fixing the leaks.”
