Josh Maxon from their company came out and his customer service and expertise was above and beyond. Fixed my issue quickly and affordable. I’d recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all future needs because of Josh.

This is the 2nd time using them and they are great. Today I had Shane and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. Gave me 2 options to fix it and explained both plainly. He also just seemed like a very genuine person. Highly recommend this company they are the best in town

Very professional and skillful plumber came to my home and offered two solutions to my problem, one temporary and another more definite. I chose the more thorough job and he completed it quickly and very well. I highly recommend!

I called dealing with a crushed sewer line at one of my tenants homes. I Explained we are a large corporation and would need to set some things up for billing, but we are looking for net30 billing. Was told everything would be fine and they set the appointment. I got a phone call back stating that they do not want our business. The office manager was rude and talked over me the whole time and would not let me speak. They claim they offer all these payment options but then completely removed our appointment off the calendar and said we are just uninterested with your business, and refused to even discuss other options. They stated it was because they dont offer Net30. She initially told me they offer financing, I asked for more information so that we could apply or work on getting a check request here to the property for them prior to doing the job, and she said that will be unnecessary because they just do not want our business. I am completely dumfounded, I have no idea why you would turn business away like that. I then asked to speak to the owner or office manager and she said she was the office manager and then reiterated that they dont want to do anything to get our business and she hung up on me. So happy all of our calls are recorded, I will be looking into further options on this repair with other conpanies. Run away from these unprofessional People, because seriously, how rude?

My elderly mother called about sump pump not working Dennis swartzentrger got there at 11:00 messed with a broken backup pump battery for 3 hours ,it was obvious pump quit working needed replaced finally left to get pump and replaced about 5:30 then charged outrageous amount to do this what should have been two hour job at max took 6 1/2 hours and 1600.00 dollars later,so know won't ever be calling plumbing911 again

Plumbing 911 was the perfect choice for my plumbing needs! We had two separate clogs in our plumbing and a pipe that needed replaced. I called Plumbing 911 and they were able to get me scheduled asap! I love the fact they are open 24/7. The day of my appointment my technician was running slightly behind due to his morning appointment. Plumbing 911 was courteous enough to call me and inform me of the situation, they even offered to reschedule if I preferred. It was nice to be informed and not just sit and wonder when they were going to show up. My technician, Rob, called not too long after to let me know he was on his way. When Rob arrived he was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step and made sure I was well informed. I had also recently purchased the home and was fortunate enough to have a home warranty. Rob was gracious enough to work with the home warranty company to ensure I would be reimbursed for the work that was done. The price was extremely fair and the work was done promptly and professionally. I was even given a 30 day warranty and Rob assured me if I had any further problems to just give him a call and he'd come right back out. Being a new home owner and having plumbing issues so soon can be very scary but Plumbing 911 put our mind at ease and took great care of us. I would highly recommend Plumbing 911 and I know I will be using them for any future plumbing needs. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional employee (Melanie). Melanie took my information, provided a quote for the job, and scheduled a call for 4 hours later that day. They called several hours later asking if they could come EARLY! Who has ever had that happen with a contractor? The plumber (Shane) called ahead to give his estimated arrival time. Shane was very courteous, professional, and took precautions to keep the house clean. He assessed the job and did a comprehensive job explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. Shane's work and attention to detail was exceptional on our repair. The quality of his work showed great professionalism and pride in what he does. He represents his company and the trade very well. At the conclusion of his work, Shane was very diligent ensuring that the house was left as clean as it was when he arrived. A comment on price: many people will shop on price and price alone. And then they right reviews about what a poor experience they had. I selected Plumbing911 because of their very competitive price AND availability to perform the work on the day that I called. There was no "emergency" fees, no fuss, just a company that is incredibly customer-oriented. The whole experience, from beginning to end was exceptional!

I called about noon to schedule a water heater repair. Karen told me tech would be out between 1 and 3 that same day and it would be $89.00 for them to come out. Just after 3:00 Karen calls back to tell me the tech is running late and would be there within the hour. Frustrating but understandable. That isn't all though. Before hanging up Karen asks some basic questions: Brand of water heater? Gas/electric? Age of water heater? By the time it is all said and done, they are quoting me a ("ballpark") price on a new heater at $1,200.00! And this was before they even looked at mine!? Seems to me that they could have asked those basic questions BEFORE hours were wasted waiting on a late tech! Then to rub salt in the wound i was quoted over a thousand "ballpark" dollars without even looking at mine? And about the $89.00 to come out and look at my heater? That would have been discounted from the bill if they had done the work. But if they didn't do any repairs/replacement i still owed the $89.00. Yet their web page clearly states "free estimates" & "no trip/travel charge" I think this is right up there with some of the most shady business practices! Buyer beware!!!!!!

Very happy with the service and honesty. I had called another big name plumber who came out and charged me a service fee to tell me what I already told them. My hot water heater needs to be replaced. After company x quoted me and tried to pressure me into signing up that day I called plumbing 911 and one additional plumber. Both plumbing 911 and the 3rd company were within $250 of each other's quote. Also both were min $1500 less than plumber x. Plumbing 911 said they could be there the next day. I told them initially I knew company x had over quoted as I priced out the job. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. My plumber Nick was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also did not mind me asking questions. Total time within 1 day From arriving to completion of a new tankless hot water heater to replace my old tank. 2 days later I had them back out as my pressure regulator had also broke . Showed up the same day I called and had it fixed in about 2 hours including time to go pick up the new valve . Will be calling for future needs.

I had a drain that had given me trouble about 8 months prior that ended up w/me having to rent a rooter machine and routing out a long, horizontal pipe about 35 feet long. It had taken hours to do,and now, this time around it was late in the day, I was beat from a day of classes, and other errands, and I didn't want to have to deal w/renting a machine, returning it, etc. So I chose Plumbing 911 off of Yelp reviews. The woman who took my call was very polite and personable, and had me scheduled for an appointment a few hrs later in the evening, as well as gave me price structures. Rob came right on time, and even though I could tell he had had a very long day, he was polite, knowledgeable, and reaffirmed what the cost would probably be, barring anything unforeseen. He made quick work if it all and was in and out in under an hour, with the cost being even a bit less than I though it'd be. And even gave me some further tips to help keep the drain open. Professional outfit all around, wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were told that we had to put a credit card on file to schedule. The manager wouldn't let me conference in the out of state owner. The owner called and spoke with someone else and said she did not have to put a credit card on file schedule. 911 plumbing NEVER SHOWED UP When I called tidy, the manager still would not let me put my owner on conference. I asked her. What was the issue with us? All being on the conference call. So that we can sort out the issue. And she said that they don't do that, just have the owner call back! The owner then called in and put me on conference call. The manager was very rude and said that we weren't a good fit, because she wasn't going to be yelled at. MInd you. I never yelled at her. I simply asked why we were told one thing, and then, when the owner called told something else. And then they just did not show up for the appointment. Needless to say, no answer was given.But i'm working with a different company that has a better attitude and more reputable.

I contacted Plumbing 911 because I had a pretty severe blockage under the foundation of my house. They were prompt, which was appreciated, but after they cleared the main problem they poured some of the sewage that spewed out of the main stack back into our toilet in the basement. This caused an absolute disaster and ruined the entire basement bathroom. They also had to remove the toilet and I was charged for that, to make matters worse they used my shop vac for clean up, which I can no longer use. Update: The owner ended up contacting me and explained that they dispose of excess sewage this way, I wasn't aware that this is protocol. They ended up apologizing and refunding me the toilet removal and reset to make up for my shop vac being scrapped and explained generally their staff is properly equipped. I appreciate that they followed up and tried to rectify the situation, hence why I decided to update my review and my rating.

Too be honest I would give 4 maybe even 5 stars if the cost of cleaning my drain wasn't 2.5 times what other companies charge. I always try and give everyone a fair chance so that is why I am giving two stars. They were an hour behind schedule but in this day an age I expect no less because in these types of businesses it is hard to keep a schedule because you are forecasting times on previous jobs. I won't hold the company at fault for that. The technician was courteous, professional and promptly did his job which is appreciated. The scheduler was also professional. I will take some of the blame for not requesting a quote but I needed something to happen in a decent time frame while someone could be home. I wouldn't think anyone would price gouge like this but lesson learned. Bottom line is they provide a good overpriced service. Unfortunately I will use someone else next time.

I have hired plumbing 911 many times over the past 9 years for jobs as easy as removing a clog, to as complex as a bathroom remodel, and a tankless water heater. Their customer service is first rate - they get you in quickly, have a large and friendly staff, do the job the first time, and are competitively priced. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best value as they guarantee their work, and are not a fly by night operation. They are a small family business that has grown because they are excellent at what they do and treat people fairly. The last two plumbers that worked on our house were Chuck and Shane. They are both excellent people who I trust to have in my home, and are super diligent and reliable people. Plumbing 911 goes above and beyond to make an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. I heartily recommend them !

We couldn't have asked for better service from Adam! He came out on a Sunday morning when our basement was backed up! We had a tree root ball that was the problem! We had him also replace our hot water heater. We couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional person to take care of us! He also found where our drain was in the side yard for us! It's been approx a couple of months now and no more issues! Thanks Adam for your excellent service! PS there was another gentleman here too for a bit but we don't remember his name! He was also very professional! Highly recommend this company and especially Adam! Marsha and I both thank you! Also the price was not any higher for being on a Sunday! Well worth it!
