Called in the late afternoon he worked me in since I had a leaking pipe..got here in a timely manner . Took care of the leak and answered a few general plumbing questions for me and the cost was very reasonable for the quick response and repair. Will definitely be my plumber. When needed Thanks again.
My thermo coupling went out on my hot water heater and I made a few calls for pricing. One of those calls was to a bigger company who told me that since my water heater is old I needed to just replace it for $1100. Ha! I called Plumb-Rite of Sumter, who gave me a fair price to replace the thermo coupling without trying to get me to replace something that might not need replacing. These guys were prompt, quick, and very nice to me and my husband. I even had to leave to go get the money to pay them cause I'm just a jumbled mess of a person. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I will continue to use them as my plumber, no need for other plumbers to try and sway me. Thank You so much to these guys for getting my hot water working again.
Called for service and they never showed up plus they dont have a voicemail thats set up so you cant leave a voicemail. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I feel stupid for not adhering to the other negative reviews.
Paid above asking for service but problem wasn't fix. When I called back, he stated that he would come back the next day to fix his mistake. He didn't show up the next day and ignored my calls. I had someone call from a different number the day after, and he answered. He came back to fix the issue.
I called Brett and he came out within a few hours. He was prompt and went right to work. I appreciated the response time and the work he performed. I consider him “My Plumber” now!
