Daniel Lopez was awesome. Definitely knowledgeable & able to fix the problems while explaining how to prevent future issues. He also found an issue with our tankless water heater & repaired it as well. He is a keeper!! Someone with that amount of knowledge is priceless!! Thank you!
Water leak in the front lawn. Opted for water line upgrade and replacement instead of a fix for line was under driveway. Had a fix/repair price in my head but replacement and line upgrade was higher. Water leaks are stressful and just wanted it fixed so didn't shop around. Plumb Perfect Plumbing took care of everything from the time I first called James till the job was complete. Called on Monday, appraisal on Tuesday, fix on Thursday, inspection on Friday and yard cleanup on Saturday. Patsy kept the lines of communication open through phone calls, email and texts to when the team would arrive, when the inspection would take place and to when the yard cleanup would begin.The repair team very friendly and answered any further questions I hadn't already asked Patsy. This plumbing service, in my opinion, is professional, courteous and polite and I received exceptional quality work. Thank You Plumb Perfect Plumbing!
Went to take a shower and had no hot water so was thrilled when Plumb Perfect Plumbing could come out that day. My water heater was 11+ years old and I knew it would probably need replacing. Thankfully, they were able to replace it that day. I went with a different type of water heater called Essency. It is a bit more expensive than the traditional water heater, but the installer swore by this type - saying that this is the type he had in his house. I took a long shower this morning and had hot water the whole time! So so far I'm thrilled with my new water heater.
A pipe burst in our home, and they showed up incredibly fast! The team was professional, efficient, and had everything fixed in no time. Excellent service from start to finish highly recommend!
James Allen was superb! Very knowledgeable, courteous and timely! A Professional that is a credit to his company! Price was a bit of a shock, but everything costs more now days.
