JT and Parker were amazing! They found an issue other plumbers missed, which is why we kept having an intermittent leak. They fixed all our issues quickly and thoroughly. They were professional and friendly. Thank you Plumb N Plumber! Jobs well done!!

First time customer and I am very pleased! Gave them a few different projects including flushing the tankless water heater and all work was explained thoroughly and completed within no time! Employees were friendly, prompt and seemed knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with Plumb & Plumber. They came out same day & removed a clog affecting 2 bathrooms. Taylor & Eric were excellent professional technicians, answering our many questions and explaining our options clearly. They didn't push for the most expensive solutions to our problems. There was a minor issue with the original work. I spoke with Jonathan the supervisor and he sent the guys back out the next day to resolve it.

Although over priced. when you're down on your luck of coming home from having a funeral for my mom and finding your water heater is out I didn't need to have a rude plumber. The plumber left in the middle of the job for an hour to get parts, it took two plumbers 4 hours. I already removed the old tank and lined up the new one before they arrive and they just had to connect the pipes. When I questioned him he said "I can leave"! I wanted to hire a local contractor but, it's just not worth it! I should have done the job through HD or Lowe's!

JT spent more time trying to sell me products and service contracts rather than trying to solve my problem. His last quote was $1,200 and I solved the problem for $50 by changing the cartridge. I won’t by coming back to Plumb and Plumber for sure!

My call was answered on the second ring. The company said that JT was immediately available. JT and his assistant came, and they were attentive,listened, gave us the estimate, and went right to worl on our clogged toilet. Our toddler had flushed and jammed into the toilet what turned out to be a night light. They were done quickly and the cost was exactly the estimate shown. JT is respectful, friendly, and professional. This is actually the second visit? He made to our home recently. Just before thanksgiving, he came out and worked on replacing two toilets and taking care of issues in two bath tubs. That was a big job, over 3K, but the results were outstanding then too. I was unable to complete the survey on that visit. Because of being gone for the holidays. So although our brand new toilet was clogged, it is still nice to be able to review both jobs at once now. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue I was having. They were extremely positive and confident about how the problem could be resolved, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What I appreciated the most was how they guided me through the entire process, especially explaining the steps needed so my insurance could help cover the repair. My previous plumber charged too much and was unable to commit to definite arrival times, so in late 2023 I switched to Plumb n Plumber who charges fairly and shows up when I expect them to. Most recently, our PnP guy unclogged a stubbornly clogged toilet (using an industrial-sized snake) and then – free of charge - upgraded a fix that they did the prior year to our tankless water heater. The earlier fix hadn’t yet failed to work, but when I told our guy my concerns, he took it upon himself to “go the extra mile” for us and install a better condensate exit line. No disappointments, so I’m sticking with them.

These guys are great. Very responsive, and helpful with questions. We have had a couple of plumbing emergencies (one the result of an errant pet sitter) and Plumb N Plumber showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I've hired them for work ranging from outside faucets to bathroom remodels and they have come through every time. They even came back once to follow up on a leak issue and fix it, no charge. I get the impression they are not inexpensive, but with plumbers you often get what you pay for and I have had enough issues with water going where it shouldn't. PnP are on my short list of emergency numbers.

I had an issue where I needed a plumber. Called Plumb n Plumber and they were very responsive. The technician who came was Taylor and he was very polite and professional. Taylor analyzed the situation and recommended a solution. He explained what he would do and answered all my questions. I agreed and he went right to work. He was very efficient and corrected three problems I had. Taylor was courteous and he cleaned up the work areas. I felt the pricing for the work was very reasonable and fair. I Highly recommend Plumb n Plumber and Taylor for any plumbing needs you may encounter.

Sent email on Saturday afternoon and received an immediate response scheduling a 9AM appointment on Monday (amazing communication). Crew arrived early, surveyed the issues and gave me a price and work proceeded. Well equipped trucks and they had everything they needed to complete the repairs. Andrew, Eric and John performed flawless work, left the worksite as they found it, pleasant to converse with and are very knowledgeable. Addressed every issue we had at once and showed up prepared to get it done! I have found my new go to plumbing company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everyone at Plumb N Plumber is fantastic! I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced but was incredibly difficult due to the tight space and fire suppressant system being in the way. Taylor and Philip went out of their way to replace it and come out on super short notice. I also needed John to come out earlier to fix some copper piping to keep a project with the fire suppressant system and he was on the way as soon as I called. Michelle was so kind and wonderful to work with. I will use Plumb N Plumber for all my future needs!

Andrew and Erik are absolutely amazing! No matter what we need—installing a grease trap, fixing a garbage disposal, or even rebuilding a toilet—they always come to the rescue. They’re consistently respectful, fun to have around, and do a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results every time.
