Both Brett and Kevin are super nice and professional. They have put in a hot water heater, sink, sump pump and more. Everything was done right. I am very happy that they are in business!
Mask on, Brett showed up as agreed and got right to work after patiently answering a couple of questions and speaking with my homeowner's warranty folks. Dealt with the clogged drain, and made sure the clog wasn't just pushed far enough to make the job appear done, but that the main line was clear as well. Proficient and professional, making sure I knew I could follow up if I had further concerns. Plum Perfect is a permanent addition to my contacts list!
