“I appreciated Samuel's quick response to my call regarding a plugged sewer line. He was very courteous and let me know that the sewer plug was on the city's side of my line and that it was their responsiblity to fix it. I called the city and they cleared my line. I appreciate Samuel being upfront as it saved me money to have the city take care of the repair.”

“Platero Parada Plumbing fixed leaks in my copper hot water line which was located in the crawl space under my house. It was a challenging job to drain the line, cut out the leaking joints, and replace the copper joints, and all this was done under the house in the crawl space, but Sam and his worker completed the job and they did a great job.”
