We met Shane while he was responding to the broken pipes in our building for the HOA, and thank goodness! Not only did he go above and beyond for our condo building he went above and beyond for us and our unit. We were in the middle of a nightmare renovation and he stepped in seamlessly to help us out. We then had him replace our old water heater and he again exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to replace our pipes that would eventually cause problems. He was professional, reliable, and very fair with his pricing! We can’t thank him enough!!!

Shane responded quickly to my call; had me text him photos of the burst pipe so he could show up to the job with all the materials he might need; made the repair with precision and care; and gave me tips to prevent any future problems.
