This is the second time we've attempted to use their services. Unfortunately their schedule person is the worst. Due to positive reviews we tried to use them the first time to replace our water softener. The scheduler confirmed the appointment but the plumber never showed up, after my wife took off from work, because the visit wasn't scheduled. Almost a year later the same exact thing for a water heater replacement. My wife is off from work but no plumber available because of a scheduling mishap. The actual plumber(s) may be awesome if their scheduler can get one to your house.

The preparation of my fireplace's gas line for the installation of gas logs was expertly handled by Pflugerville Plumbing. In order for me to tie in my gas burner, they performed a good job of cutting down the nipple in the firebox and pressing a 90 and nipple onto the existing nipple. They made sure that everything was completed accurately and to my satisfaction and offered excellent customer service.

This is the second time they have responded after a big freeze. My water pipes froze and broke. I'm guessing this happened on Thursday.
