We were very happy with our experience with Parthenon. They were able to schedule us for an appointment a day after we called and kept us notified regarding their arrival. The technician was respectful of our house and us. He completed our task fully and then ensured we had no questions for him about this project nor any others. We definitely intend to use them again for any future problems

Stanton did a wonderful job replacing my toilet. He arrived on time, was professional and personable. I will definitely use Parthenon Plumbing again and I have already recommended them to my friends.

Big shout out to Stanton, Tom and Carrie for helping us during Nashville's recent ice storm. Thank you to Stanton for coming to our house the day after the storm, assessing the pipe situation and advising us to keep the faucets running on both cold and hot to prevent our pipes from freezing. Parthenon came by for a follow up to check out a noise in my hvac in the attic. They were quick and sent the same technician I had just before. Today May 1, 2024 Tim Brannan came out to flush and inspect my water heater. He did an excellent job and also fixed a minor problem with a lose bathroom faucet. Today May 23 I had Nathan to install a return grille. He also patiently waited while I returned the new damaged one. His work was perfect and fast! Thomas came by and fixed or realigned gasket on the p-trap. This solved the leak! Thanks! Sink p-trap still leaking. The gasket needed replacing and we finally resolved the issue! Thanks to Stanton! Joseph came by today and serviced/inspected my heating system. All was GOOD! He was prompt, considerate, and efficient! Stanton Johnson came to fix two plumbing needs. he has been to my house before and ALWAYS is respectful, helpful, and very capable!! He got two problems resolved and even helped me figure out how to work adjustments in my new dishwasher!! Yay! The guest sink stopper is fixed once and for all and he gave me an excellent quote for replacing faucet cartridges.

The best! My new Go-To plumber! Yes, finally, a plumbing company that still believes in fair and honest pricing, and being punctual! Guys, I asked my wonderful tech, Eli, if I could tip him via cash app/venmo/etc after he expeditiously and neatly capped off my water lines, and he said “oh no ma’am, that’s alright, they pay me enough”. I almost FAINTED. Nowadays you can’t buy an ice cream cone without tipping someone. Clearly this company has figured out how to deliver outstanding customer service AND take care of their wonderful employees. I will always call Parthenon Plumbing for my plumbing issues and will ask for Eli. Best of Nashville in my book!! Thank you for being outstanding!

Hayden was prompt on the emergency we had and discussed all the details with us. We were very impressed and happy with all the recommendations! We decided the membership is truly worth it, and now have a peace of mind with plumbing, and heating on our house all year-round. We just bought the house in April, and are now fully covered with any incidents, and are confident in their timeliness! We do have a house warranty that covers everything else, and this was much faster then the warranty would have taken care of things. Thank you for your honesty and knowledgeable information!

Parthenon was very responsive in scheduling a service appointment during a busy time. The technician came by the house 3 times in an attempt to isolate the water leak from the winter storm. Parthenon took the initiative to schedule a final visit to include my contractor, who was needed to cut through the ceiling and foam insulation allowing the plumber to finally find and repair the leak. Parthenon only charged me for final visit when the job was successfully completed. Great job!

The service itself was outstanding. Management decisions and responses could be better. We received a lower estimate from another company. When asked if they would meet in the middle somewhere I was told it was a "hard no." Although we weren't happy, not only with the decision but the wording of the answer, we went with them anyway because we really liked the service tech, Kevin, who came out and gave the estimate. We asked if he could do the work and he did an outstanding job!

Parthenon Heating and Air delivered A+++ service. They replaced my improperly installed furnace system the day before the big freeze and brought it up to code and best efficiency. Their pricing was fair, they are honest, and weren’t trying to fleece me (the way a few other vendors did). Cody helped us above and beyond. Tyler and the crew were efficient, respectful and punctual. I also use Parthenon for maintenance. I trust them which I can’t say about most venders.

Hayden came out right on time early in the morning to take care of a burst pipe after the extreme cold. My lower level was flooded and I was very overwhelmed! He diagnosed the cause of the leak, retrieved the right parts and had it fixed in no time. He went above and beyond and was very kind and explained everything to me and reassured me along the way. I would one thousand percent recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber and I will never use anyone else!

Kevin was great! He was on time, friendly, patient with my questions. He went above and beyond, even putting on my outside spigot cover correctly … since we have snow and ice coming. As a senior citizen, It’s such a load off my mind, knowing that I have someone to call on that I trust. This was Plumbing service. I’m not sure how to adjust the question below which were set at HVAC.

Our old and poorly installed water heater expansion tank exploded. Kevin helped us get a new Essency water heater installed the next day. Installation day was quick and easy. We are happy with this product, it is a nice home upgrade with a longer life expectancy than a conventional water heater. I feel good knowing it will provide more hot water and better energy efficiency.

Joe was incredibly professional and helpful. He was honest and highest level of integrity to inform what needed to be done and what did not at the moment. He helped with current solutions and future considerations without pressing to do unnecessary actions at this time. The entire team at Parthenon are top notch and show got us back to a cool house for summer months. Thanks

Mason was great! He got here on time. He did a thorough job assessing the situation and a thorough job explaining what he found and what he felt I needed. He also took care of contacting a service provider that can address the issues he found. I was very pleased with his service and will recommend Parthenon to anyone needing a good plumbing service.
