Bravo to this plumbing company that showed up before their time estimate, investigated my issues without passing it off and considering an option for clean up that didnt compromise my finished side of the basement. They found an issue beyond what other companies have found and I'm appreciative of their thoroughness.

Mark, Ben, Ryan and the rest of the crew were great! Professional, kind, knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job and kept me updated along the way. Would gladly use their services again!

I had a clogged sink and they came out twice (after weeks of no communication). They could not snake the drain, said I would need to cut out the wall and pipe to try to flush it through. Spending significantly more money. They never followed up to try to fix it. I had another company come out and they snaked it and got it flushed. Two stars for effort.

In my head, I was dealing with a level 10 basement water disaster, so I started asking around for reputable plumbers. Ben from Paradigm Sewer & Drain came highly recommended by TWO of our really good friends… who don’t even know each other. At that point, we knew we found the right guy. 😂 We originally thought we just needed a drain snaked. Little did we know, the basement had bigger plans for us. But Ben did an amazing job walking us through everything, keeping us within budget, and still finding a real solution to get the water off my floor. Ben and Ryan were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which deserves its own 5 stars honestly). They explained everything in a way we could actually understand without making us feel dumb. I also learned they make mini Crock that also come with the actual sump pump (And we now have one in our basement) What stood out most was that Ben genuinely cared AFTER the job was done. He kept checking back in to make sure everything was still draining properly and even went out of his way to track down parts needed to do the job correctly instead of cutting corners. They were also super patient with our dog, which tells me everything I need to know about someone’s character. If you’re dealing with plumbing or basement water issues, I highly recommend Paradigm Sewer & Drain. There’s clearly a reason multiple people recommended the same guy to us. Thank you again for getting the water out of my basement — and for continuing to make sure it stays out. 😂💧 Oh and one thing I want to add, I thought there was going to be dust everywhere from digging up our concrete floor. NOPE! zero dust !! Love that!!! Huge shout out for that!!!

I highly recommend Paradigm. I've had tree roots growing in my sewer pipes since I moved into my house. I had someone else come to clean them out about every 6 months, sometimes more frequently. So I wanted to try someone new to see if I wouldn't have to do it as often. Paradigm came out and they were great. They were able to come out I think the day after I called them (this was in April 2025, so I don't quite remember). The guy that came out was very prompt and answered all my questions since I was curious why the last company I used had to come to often. He told me their cleaning should last at least a year, but possibly two. He jetted the sewer line and used a camera to show me the before and after. It was amazing and he was very thorough and made sure to show me that he cleared everything out. He got the work done quickly and cleanly. There was one issue where the drained backed up again the next day, so I called again and the guy came out the same day and apologize for the small issue. It was just that some roots got shot backward and were lodged in a different part of the drain. He cleared it out in just a few minutes at no extra charge since it was his accident, and it's been great ever since. As long as this lasts as long as he says, I will be very happy and it is definitely worth the money to not have someone come as often as I used to.

Marc Lewis was outstanding and very professional. I made an appointment to fix an 18 month old garbage disposal that wasn't working, a toilet that needed replacement and a hose bib in the garage that was leaking. Marc's knowledge and troubling shooting skills enabled him to repipe my disposal (so I didn't have to replace), replaced the toilet without any mess or smells, and removed it from my home without dripping across my floors) and fixed the leak at the garage hose bib at a cost lower than two previous estimates than other companies. I highly recommend Paradigm for any plumbing needs. Call them first and don't bother with other estimates. Oh, and I recommend asking for "Marc". Very happy and satisfied with the work.

Mark of Paradigm promptly contacted me regarding an emergency situation and said that they would be at my house The next day. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would the next day and unclogged my basement drain that came from my kitchen sink . It was a job I would not have wanted to tackle myself because it was Much farther down the line than I could have dealt with. The cost was fair but, just the same would have been a surprise for someone on a very tight budget. Five stars from me for these guys

They came and have always come when they said and do a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem the correct way. Ben and his team are both professional and personable. I appreciate them and always recommend Paradigm to friends, family and colleagues. This time I had them work on a drain issue and replaced some old valves with newer ball valves. The service was exceptionally thorough and solved the problem without further unnecessary digging of the ground. The gentleman were polite and explained the process as they worked and left a very clean space. We have had Paradigm out twice, since moving into our home last year. We are new to the area and had to rely on reviews when searching for a plumber - luckily for us, the reviews for Ben and Marc and team have proved true. Paradigm was subcontracted by That Plumber for a septic line repair at our home. The line ran under a large section of concrete on our back porch, and using a liner instead of digging saved us a ton on concrete removal and repair. The crew was friendly, respectful, and finished the job in just a few hours. We really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism.
