We are very happy with their service and communication! We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated. Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from. Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact. They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. These guys were amazing to work with! From scheduling it with their office manager to Aaron and Mikey coming out to taking care of our garbage disposal down Waikiki side. Very professional, easy to work with, and fair pricing. 100% would recommend! Call for Aaron or Mikey cause they’re the best!

I am so blessed by P & S plumbing Honolulu! I found a slow leak in my apartment. My maintenance man found the problem and called P & S Plumbing Honolulu. To my surprise they came the same day, and was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than they promised! That was impressive to say the least! Aaron and Mike were professionals in every sense of the word! They were very kind and respectful! Twenty minutes later, they were done! Wow! And they cleaned up to! They are truly a BLESSING! I highly recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs! They will NOT disappoint! Thank you guys so much!!!! Not sure on my review was about the cost. My apartment building paid so I don’t know how much it cost.

I do not recommend this business and I'll tell you why. I have a residential house I have 4 toilets one toilet needed to be looked at. I tried to use a auger but not long enough. The man came I showed him were the pipe was on the outside of the house. He's tells me that wasn't the pipe for the toilet. I know my property because I purchased it in 1965. This individual has never been to my house to do any plumbing work before. He's rude and lacks listening skills and can't problem solve on his own. He had to call his boss to come and help him unclog the toilet. Then when finished he did not put the cap back on the pipe on the outside of my house and just left.

High quality workmanship with 5 star service. Pete stopped by my home to take a look around and received estimate within a couple of days later. Pete arrived on time and was very polite during the whole process. After approval of estimate we agreed to meet the following Wednesday. He messaged me a few days later to cancel and re-schedule for the following Wednesday. Appointment day arrived and he showed up on time to commence the work. First thing was to find the water shut off valve. As luck would have it , the lever for shut off broke and water was spewing everywhere. Not to worry Pete came through and cut off that rusted damaged section. He installed a new lever and probably that took under 20 minutes for welding and new lever installation. Watching Pete work as a pro with no movement or materials wasted. Next we went upstairs to see why the shower water is leaking to downstairs. The water was drip, drip dripping( house probably over 100 years old) Last handyman did not do a good job and used low quality fittings. Anyway, Pete replaced the fixtures and the faucet no longer leaks. He replaced the round "overflow water cap" thingy and found the rubber washer hardened and that was most likely the culprit. The drain was stuck and Pete snaked the drain along with shooting with pressured air. Now drain is un-clogged -thank goodness. The job was around 4 hours and was charged about $800. Pete is efficient and does high quality work. Hiring Pete again to fix the downstairs bathroom issues too.

My experience with P&S Plumbing was awesome! From the office taking my call (polite, and got me a same day appointment on the spot) to the onsite technician. Mike is da man. I have had on going issues with our office toilet for the last 8 years. Every plumber that has come has done the same thing, snake it and tell me I need to change the toilet but didn't want to because the previous business cemented / grouted the toilet into the ground. Mike did troubleshooting. a I appreciate his down to earth, personable demeanor. I also appreciate that he tried everything he could and stated that he didn't want to sell or change anything that I didn't need. In the end I explained that I was over the toilet issues and was almost positive the ring needed to be changed. I asked for an estimate to remove the old toilet and install a new one. He was will and ready explaining that he would need to break the tile. I understood, agreed and he gave me a more that fair estimate. I called our handy man preparing him to redo the tile around the toilet. In the end Mike was able to remove the old toilet, and cut a neat oval in the tile leaving me to not need the tile to be redone 🎉. I didn't realize how bad our toilet was until flushing this new one 🤯. Super happy with Mike and P&S Plumbing. I now have their number installed in my phone and am thrilled that I can confidently refer any of our customers looking for a plumber to P&S Plumbing Honolulu! Mahalo P&S and Mike

We had a great experience with P & S Plumbing from start to finish. We had a leak in our hot water line, and after discussing our options, we decided to move forward with rerouting the hot water line as a long-term fix. Pam was very helpful in getting us scheduled quickly and set us up with Aaron to come take a look at our home. We also spoke with Char, who was extremely helpful in answering our questions about sending payment and coordinating communication with Aaron for scheduling. When Aaron arrived, we explained everything we wanted done, and he was confident and reassuring that it wouldn’t be a problem. Shortly after, we received an estimate that we were very happy with, and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the job, Aaron returned with Jeremy and Allen, and made sure everyone was clear on what needed to be done. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They completed the job efficiently and on time, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was the follow-up—Aaron called the next day to check in and make sure everything was working properly. That level of care and customer service really goes a long way. After this experience, they’ve become our go-to plumbing company. We won’t hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

I almost never write reviews because service rarely meets my expectations-But today it not only met, but absolutely exceeded all expectations! I called P&S Plumbing to install a new gas range and from the first call with Beth, I was impressed. She was kind, professional, and helpful so I booked right away and I’m so glad I did. Aaron arrived the next day, on a Saturday and on time, He was incredibly personable, professional, and efficient. He was direct, honest, and even made me laugh! He went above and beyond-helping move my old stove to the curb (not even part of the job) And working efficiently so I wouldn’t be charged extra time. He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t- True integrity! Also, delivery company failed to leave the gas hook up kit I purchased, and Aaron had the foresight to pick up a gas hook up kit on his way to my place even though I had informed him that I had purchased one! If he hadn’t, I would’ve had to reschedule! Customer service, work ethic, honesty, and superior craftsmanship are alive and well at P&S plumbing thanks to Aaron and Beth! I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely call them again. Highly recommend.-Look no further!

Passive solar water heater was leaking. Contacted 3 plumbing companies. P&S was the first to return by call. Aaron and Mikey did an in person inspection the next day. They were very thorough taking pictures and explaining what they were looking for. They got an estimate to me promptly. One of the other companies called back and said there was a charge to do the estimate but it would go toward the bill if we used them. The other company said they did not do passive solar systems. Called two more companies. One came to the house and took pictures. The other had me send pictures to them. I felt the company that came to the house did not do a thorough evaluation of our system. The other company sent an estimate without coming to the house. Decided on P&S because their estimate was very reasonable. Gary (the owner), Aaron and Mikey came up on the schedule date. Did all the work, cleaned up everything, went over the system with me and gave me tips on regular maintenance of the system. I felt their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing projects I have.

I found P&S after a last-minute scheduling disaster with another plumbing company — their dispatch called me the morning of my appointment to push back my window by 2 hours, which I couldn't accommodate because I had clients scheduled. I called P&S immediately and speaking with Beth was a total breath of fresh air. She was warm, professional, and got me booked within 2 days at a time that actually worked for me. Aaron and Mike arrived right on time — no games, no window-shuffling. They were completely professional from start to finish. I had already purchased a garbage disposal but they noticed it was missing a cable. They had a trade-grade Wolverine Brass 1/2 HP unit on hand as a replacement. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated that — I'm a little niele so I ask a lot of questions, and they were patient and explained everything clearly without making me feel like I was in the way. In and out in one hour. Clean, efficient, no surprises on the bill. Aaron and Mike are solid. Beth runs a tight ship on the office side. P&S is my plumber from here on out. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Aaron & Mikey from the plumbing company, P&S plumbing, to come over to fix my leaky kitchen sink today, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They quickly assessed the issue with my sink and explained the problem and the steps they would take to fix it in a clear and understandable manner. Not only were they skilled at their job, but they were also extremely courteous and respectful. They worked efficiently and effectively, making sure to clean up after themselves and leave my kitchen looking spotless. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service. My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. P&S Plumbing is so lucky to have you on staff -- you make a customer's first encounter with the biz a lovely experience. I'd call you folks for another job in a heartbeat.

Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking. First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately. Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. You can tell they work seamlessly as a team—they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work immediately. I was so impressed by how respectful they were of my home (they even took their shoes off). They fixed a major disaster quickly and efficiently. If you need a plumber who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about their customers, call them.

I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping. Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were also completely upfront about the total cost, with no surprises. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend P & S Plumbing, and especially Aaron and Mikey, for anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

I'm so happy with my P&S Plumbing services. I'm not one to normally submit a review, but truly felt the need to give a shout out for such excellent service. Aaron C. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to details to better assess the situation. He finds the best resolution and his response to an emergency bathroom flood/leak was quick and efficient. Aaron is definitely a huge asset to the company. My siblings are both construction company owners and I'll definitely be sharing my wonderful experience with them for future recommendations.
