Had an issue at my business. They came out and checked the issue, they were the most thorough in the evaluation process of any plumbers we’ve had out. They gave us a fair estimate. They showed up on time. They fixed our issues quickly and effectively and were polite in their service. Highly recommended.

Never had an issue with Orlove’s plumbing. Nate is always super professional and has helped us a ton. Bill is very consistent, on time, and also does great work.

Work don’t sufficiently. Price was a little steep for the work performed. I tried to ask a few questions through text, after the work was done, but they were left unanswered.

I really cannot say enough good things! First, due to a miscommunication at home, no one was available when the technician showed up for our first scheduled appointment. Brittany called back, pretty quickly, to reschedule for just a couple days later. I was expecting just a quote. But, the service provider was able to complete the service right then and there! And, did an amazing job to boot! The price, in my opinion, was incredibly fair. The work definitely wonderful! I do not have pictures of outside where the spigot was replaced with a new one that is resistant to freezing. I am beyond pleased and will definitely reach out again when needed.

We had a pipe freeze and burst when using for the first time after winter. The team was fast to respond and when Bill was able to get to our house he diagnosed the problem quickly and offered multiple solutions before expertly fixing. He only had to open a small part of dry wall to get to the area, which is great because I can just do a quick patch. He finished that and installed a new outdoor spigot. He also installed a new spigot in the garage that we had a perpetual leaking problem. He finished both jobs the same day and cleaned up. I would highly recommend orloves plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs!

I’m very happy with my experience with Orlove Plumbing. We purchased our house 2 years ago and our outdoor spigot never worked. We eventually found out the pipe was cut prior to us purchasing the home and dry walled over with no access panel when the previous owner renovated the basement. Orlove gave us several options and didn’t just propose going with the most expensive route of tearing up my dry wall to gain access to the old spigot. They were efficient, honest and upfront about the cost and easy to schedule.

Orlove's plumbing 100% met our needs. We had an outdoor faucet and valve that needed replaced because it wouldn't shut off. Our initial visit was scheduled for the same week. Two days prior to that appointment they called to see if we were available for the technician to come later that same day. The technician called 30 minutes before our appointment to let us know he would be there at the scheduled time. Our problem was identified and corrected within 60 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

It's can be anxiety provoking to contact a contractor. Will they show up? Be on time? Cheat me? Be professional? Do quality work? Communicate understandably? Overcharge? Tear up and leave unclean the area they are working on? Since my first call, and there have been many, I have never had these concerns with Orlove Plumbing! They have been A+ in every area. It's why I proudly refer friends and relatives to them when they have plumbing needs. Great job Orlove Plumbing! You are top notch!

Our water tank started leaking on Saturday, one of the coldest days this winter. We called the company owner, who promptly sent his team to assess the issue and replace the tank the same day. The team was extremely professional and worked carefully to remove the old tank and install the new one. No damage, no mess, and we received a high-quality replacement. If we need any plumbing service in the future, Orlove’s Plumbing will be our go-to company!

We just moved into a new house and thought we had a shower that didn’t work. Bill and Anthony came and looked at it and to my embarrassment it worked, I just was not able to figure out how to turn it on 🤦🏻‍♀️. They then unhooked the water line to the existing refrigerator and hooked up another one. They sent me a quote for fixing an outside faucet which they will return to do. They were great! Fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

We had a major sewer back-up at our house and was told by a well-known company that we needed to replace our entire sewer and it was going to cost us over 30K! Orlove’s Plumbing was able to fully clean and televise our sewer and confirmed that the sewer did not need to be replaced and could easily be maintained. They we’re very professional and clean, and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

My go to for whatever I need plumbing wise. Nate and his team do an excellent job. They're friendly and very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most about Orlove's Plumbing is that they do great work at a fair price. I've used other plumbers in the past that did a good job, but I always walked away feeling like I paid too much. If you need plumbing work done, call Orlove's. You won't be disappointed.

We have used Orlove’s for planned and unplanned projects. They are very responsive to requests for repairs and to any other questions we have. Their technicians are very polite and informative. They explained what the job will entail and keep you well informed of any changes to the original proposal. The technicians clean up thoroughly when the job is finished. Bill was amazing! He texted and came early - did a truly wonderful job explaining everything and giving us options. And he has a great personality! We are so happy with Orlove's - hard to say enough. I had called Nate last night at 7:30 and we talked and he made me feel better about our problem. And Bill showed up today - can't get better service than that. Truly the Best!!!
