These guys were totally professional and fast. Jason was really good at communication and planning and did exactly what he said he would. He helped us out and went above and beyond to get a leak fixed in kind of an emergency. They are my first call next time.

I had a leak and n a second floor shower. The first plumbing company did not correctly diagnose the problem and quoted a very high rate to fix. I called Jason and his company was very responsive. Dave, his plumber, came and immediately diagnosed the issue. He was professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Onze Plumbing.

I needed my kitchen faucet and the strainer replaced after leaving for vacation in the cold winter and the pipe bursted. I saw their truck parked in the shopping plaza I was coming out of in Orange, CT and decided to give them a call. They gave a fair range of what to expect in terms of cost to repair and replace with the Kohlers faucet I got from Costco. The service tech Ryan arrived early and was thorough and efficient. He made sure everything was setup correctly and that there were no leaks elsewhere. They did such a good job at a fair price that I had them fix the toilet upstairs and then come back another time to fix the leaking outside faucet. I highly recommend and they are now my go to as a homeowner in West Haven if I need any plumbing work done. The call out fee of $105 is deducted from the final cost of the work I had them do. I think it’s reasonable considering I had plumbers from Facebook groups quote/ask me for double just to come out and assess the problem. Or the one previous plumber that did come out for free ended up quoting me over $1,000 to just fix the kitchen sink. I’m glad I found them and I also appreciate how they emailed a clear invoice after. The little things makes working with them easy they are an upstanding business.

Would give 6⭐️s if we could. Absolutely fantastic experience with Onze from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and tidy throughout the entire boiler installation. Everything was explained clearly, the work was completed to a high standard, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend — 10/10!
