Mike just replaced my old oil fired water heater. He was responsive when I called, came right out, gave me a price and had the work done in one morning. Exceptional service from Al's Plumbing in Shelton! After my provider of 30 years let me down, Mike Sr. came out within hours of my call. He scheduled a next-morning water heater replacement for nearly $1,000 less than my old company quoted. Mike Jr. and his 'apprentice' arrived right on time, completing the job quickly and cleanly. All three gentlemen were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Al's Plumbing has earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them!

I used Al’s Plumbing in December 2025 after my toilet cracked and needed to be replaced. They responded quickly after I called and had the new toilet installed and old one hauled away in under an hour. The entire process was efficient and professional. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. His apprentice, Leif, was also great. They both took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and made sure everything was installed properly. After the installation, they even came back out promptly to add additional shims and tighten the bolts to make sure the toilet was perfectly secure. That level of follow-up and attention to detail really stood out. I will definitely be using Al’s Plumbing again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to friends and family in the Shelton area.

Great job on my bathroom remodel. Love how it turned out. Job was started when promised and finished quicker than expected. Leo’s work was meticulous and he couldn’t have been more respectful of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up upon leaving each day. Mike called every so often to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Just need to order the glass door for the shower and I’m readying to go. Kudos to Mike, his son Mike and Leo.
