One Source Plumbing came to the rescue after an incident I had with my toilet. Although I did not proceed with the repair as I was gathering quotes, I will still keep their number handy. I appreciate the urgency they took to help get my issue resolved.

I had 2 lawn faucets that needed repaired. One source plumbing gave me an estimate of $1053.00. The plumber said I needed 2 new boiler drains at $400.00 each and 195.00 to do digging for a bent pipe. I called a family member that is a plumber for a new build firm. He laughed and told me they were charging way too much. He said some of these big plumbing companies are paying their plumbers commission on overcharging for jobs when they can. I had a handyman come the next day and it cost me $225.00 total. Took less than one hour. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!

1.0 Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

I am owner of a recently renovated house where one source plumbing (Patrick Figueroa) sent techs to unclog a toilet drain. they never checked the toilet line where the clog was. instead, they only looked at the mainline and said our toilet backup was from a sewer belly. they tried to defraud us of more than $10,000 to trench under the house to replace the main line where the "sewer belly" was supposed to be. We spent hundreds more to investigate the sewer belly. turns out that there isn't a sewer belly problem. the clog was under the toilet, in the toilet line which they never checked. I talked to Jose Hernandez who lied and said they DID check the toilet line. then he lied and tried to convince me that the toilet line is the same as the mainline. We finally paid another plumbing company to easily the toilet line.

We had a main sewer drain that was partially blocked and determined it was necessary to remove and replace a major portion of it. Jose Hernandez was your representative and he assisted us in assessing the repairs that were needed. Jose presented us several options and was patient with helping us determining what repairs would be best for us to be made. We’ve been using One Source Grease Trap Cleaning for a while now, and they never disappoint. Glen consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us every time we schedule an appointment. What I appreciate most is the transparency; he always shows us the before and after of his work so we know the job was done right. He is incredibly reliable and accommodating, even when we have to schedule him later in the day. Angel, of One Source Plumbing did a fantastic Hydro jet cleaning and cleaned my clogged Thanksgiving kitchen sink that Baker brothers and Rescue Rooter were unable to fix.Dallas 75230. I had a bad clogged line and Rescue Rooter and Baker Brothers tried with regular line cleaning equipment. BB said was too clogged with grease and quoted me $4000 to run a bypass in the garage. Neither mentioned a hydro jet cleaning even though they both advertise it on their website and neither returned my mutiple calls. Angel did a Great job and if you have a severly clogged drain definitely call OneSource Plumbing before buying a $$$ plumbing bypass.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

Very, very happy with Jose and One Source Plumbing. This was a very difficult job that involved digging under the foundation of a commercial building and finding/fixing a broken sewer line. I had numerous other Plumbing companies who tried to diagnose this problem and fix it but turned out to be a complete waste of money. Jose and his team were able to figure out the problem and repair it. And they worked around an existing tenant the entire time. They were very professional and kept me informed along the way. I won't use any other Plumbing company in the future.
