We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since. Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout. Services performed: Toilet repair, drain cleaning, plumbing pipe repair, sewer cleaning, outdoor plumbing system repair, sewer repair.

I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. I immediately called On Point Plumbing DFW. They were able to schedule a repair visit for the next morning, but I was worried about should I turn off the water at the main, asked what do I do in the meantime. They sent Clinton pretty much immediately to my home after the call to see if her could determine where the leak was coming from and if I did need to shut off the water main until the next morning. He took his time trying to rule out all possible causes and when he narrowed it down to likely being a kitchen sink drain leak behind the wall, he contacted a migration/restoration company for me to get that going. I didn't know what to do next, so I was extremely thankful for him setting me up for the next steps. He explained to me what the typical process was for these types of situations. I hadn't ever been through something like this, so having someone answer my questions and help me with the next steps is something I am very thankful for. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things. My experiences with On Point Plumbing DFW have been without issues or complaints. They are my go to for plumbing issues.

Best plumbing company and the most professional technician I ever dealt with. Deacon arrived less than an hour after I called. He immediately pinpointed the source of the leak, laid out my options and expected cost. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was completely satisfied with his work and encouraged them to ask questions. My family doesn't speak English, but that was not a problem because he was a genuinely thoughtful and patient person. We were just floored by his impeccable professionalism and how he took great pride in his workmanship. We will definitely be recommending On Point Plumbing and Deacon to everyone around us. I’ve had two plumbers come out previously for an ongoing issue in my bathroom that others weren’t able to fully resolve. Deacon and Keean (I'm sorry if I’m spelling that incorrectly) were the first to really take the time to carefully investigate and work toward identifying the cause. They were professional, thorough, and clearly made a strong effort to get to the root of the problem rather than just doing a quick inspection. They were ultimately able to help me resolve the issue, which I really appreciated after previous visits by others didn’t lead to a solution. Overall, I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Needed to have a gas pressure release test done and i was not sure where to start or what to do. I had called maybe 6 companies prior and immediately knew once i called on point that i would be booking with them. Kacey was very friendly and informative over the phone. Answered all my questions (i had alot) and we were able to workout a schedule. Once we set a time and date she let me know that Deacon would be coming and he would give a service call. On the day of service Mr. Deaconcame through at the scheduled time to do the test. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the price for the service was the best price in my area. 10/10 highly recommended

I highly recommend On Point Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! A couple of years ago we were in a mess when our 2 tankless water heaters went out. On Point replaced them both and repaired 4 faucets for the price another company quoted to replace just one tankless. Clinton was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Now, 2 years later I call them back for repairs on a second home we are selling. Clinton worked long hours to take care of the issues so we can close the sale and leave the new owners with high quality work. I received a prior customer discount which was super helpful! Nick is a fabulous master plumber- has replaced all my old faucet toilet along with multiple new faucets. His work is quality and his team is always professional and courteous throughout; Also they pick up the phone 24/7, had a waterleak at 11pm on hose bib and Deacon picked up the phone to handle the emergency; cant put a price on peace of mind to have a plumber on call in any emergency. Most Recently Don came out next day after call to replace washer/dryer connections and hooked everything back up and did a quick wash to make sure everything was correct. I had a backed up house on a Sunday. I called hoping for a Monday appointment which I got. Clinton called back about 10 minutes later to tell me he would come that day so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I don’t know any service company that cares that much about their clients. Not only did he not charge extra but he gave me a discount as a repeat client. I highly recommend On Point Plumbing- a company that cares!

Don was our technician and was amazing from beginning to end. He helped us pin point the leaking problem and get us in the right direction by explaining everything through out the process. My issue involved more of a restoration service and they even provided me with some contacts to help me along my journey. I will definitely call back On Point for future plumbing needs.
