Needed work to where the water main comes in to the basement. We got the brass fitting installed and secured . Excellent workmanship. Also important is easy to communicate with to schedule, he worked around my work schedule and arrived on time. 5 Stars!
Brian Sanders fixed all the issues we had with our hot water heater. He explained everything to me, gave all the options. Except for the repairs, you would never know he was here because of the clean up after he was through. Great job.
On a Thursday night we had an irrigation line shut off valve get crushed by a delivery driver backing out of our driveway. I was able to cap the line but still had no water pressure coming into our house after, so we were without water that night. On Friday morning at 7:30 am I began calling plumbing companies to see if we could get someone out same day. Brian called me back and we were able to talk through my issue for about 20 min. He gave me his word that he’d be out late afternoon but had a jam packed day. Brian kept his word and arrived to our house on a Friday afternoon. He and Cody were able to flush out our water lines in reverse to remove all of the silt and sediment that had come into the system when I cut the water off at the meter the night before. I also elected to replace the pressure reducing valve while they were here. Brian made sure to give me an estimate of our cost as soon as he was able to figure out what might be going on and he kept me updated the entire time of what he was doing, I appreciated that. We’ve used two other plumbing companies in recent years that I have been dissatisfied with. I will be calling Brian and On Point again for our home’s plumbing needs. Thanks Brian, Cody and On Point Plumbing for helping us out!
