I talked to a lot of different plumbing places in town but from phone call to finishing up the job Norms plumbing was a fantastic experience. I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. They were able to make it to my house the next day even though they said it would take two, which shouldn't be expected but is awesome! When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. On top of it all they were extremely nice, we talked the entire time and they charged me what felt like a fair price for the amount of work. If you need a plumber, call Norms! They are the only ones I will call from now on!

Highly recommend Norm's plumbing. We were experiencing our showers and toilets draining slow/backing up. Called out a number of other big companies that all went straight to quoting us thousands of dollars to install a clean out to rod our sewer line to the main...Brandon came, addressed the situation and figured out the blockage was inside the house. Rather than taking advantage of a homeowner that was in a bad spot, Brandon took the time to figure out where exactly the problem was and fixed it for a couple hundred bucks. While he was here he also addressed a number of other minor issues. This company has been around for a long time and it's evident why, they treat people with respect and don't take advantage of people in need. Don't waste anymore time searching for a plumber you can trust, call Norm's. You'll never search for a plumber again.

Great service and arrived at house 2 days early when they had an opening! Brandon listened to my issues, assessed the situation and went to work. He was done within the hour and water was flowing again! I have a new plumbing outfit to handle all future issues! Very reasonable prices! Thank you

I called to inquire about a service. Emily was a sweetheart she gets 5 stars. The man that called me to ask what I needed was rude and wouldn’t stop talking long enough to let me explain what I needed. He didn’t want to do it anyway so I guess that’s fine lol but man why are people so damn rude?

I called Norma's Plumbing to come give me an estimate. Not friendly people at all, but I understand they work hard. They sent me the estimate. I called to schedule them to come do the work and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend Norma's Plumbing to anyone.

Fair and reasonable plumber that makes house calls. Would def recommend!!! Update: as of 2024 I have used norms plumbing multiple times and I will say they continue to do an amazing job at a great price. Brandon is great! If I had one negative thing to say sometimes they cannot get out the same day but good plumbers that are reasonable price never have problems finding so they are always in demand. If you are in the lake county area give them a call and you won't regret it. This is a great local business to support.

We couldn’t be happier with Norm’s Plumbing & Heating Inc. The plumbers completed 2nd BIG Plumbing project and 3rd BIG project now being scheduled! Professionally handled all our needs, didn’t skimp on copper, took out an 84 year old million ton concrete and steel laundry sink and took away all debris! In and out in a day on both jobs! Answered all questions, offered solutions and responds to texts! Great prices and options! Highly recommend this company! Brandon is an excellent plumber! A+

Above and beyond! Brandon detected the leak within minutes and was extremely thorough in his investigation of a behind-the-wall leak that had resulted in water damage and molding in the first floor of our condo building. He left clear instructions after the repair for further observation to ensure all issues were resolved. Afterward, he even re-fixed the base of our light fixture in our dining room pro bono, as his ladder was already in our unit. Excellent service!

I have a completely finished high end "lower level" and one of the overhead plumbing lines was starting to drip. If the connection came loose it could have been disastrous. I was referred to Norm's Plumbing by a good friend and we were not disappointed. They were slammed with work but Ted squeezed me in and had it done in under an hour. Very professional, left everything clean, and the work looks perfect. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

Would not use Norm's Plumbing. I paid 800 bucks to fix a bathroom faucet for leaking. After two weeks the faucet started leaking again. They came out two months later to re evaluate and couldn't fix the problem and charged me another 80 bucks. So I'm out 880.00 and still have a leaky faucet. The tech told me to buy a new faucet. Horrible service! I guess I don't get a warranty. I will Not Be Using them for the new faucet install!

I had an emergency where my sewer pipe had a blockage flooded my whole basement. I called first thing when they opened and they sent someone out same day. Not only fixed the problem but educated me on what the cause may be and how to prevent it in the future. Very reasonable pricing as well. I look forward to using them again in the future to get new plumbing soon. Thank you sooo much.

I was worried I would have a killer bill and major work needed, but the young man was reassuring and had the drain cleared in an hour. The price tag was incredibly reasonable, and I'm glad I have a trustworthy plumber to call next time.

We are so grateful for Norm’s plumbing. We had a horrible back up and water leaking from our kitchen sink. We called several places and none could make it out for a few days. Norm’s came, conquered and cleaned everything same day for a very reasonable price. We will only use Norm’s Plumbing from now on. Thanks so much Norm’s! Blessings!

Norm's replaced my hot water tank & took care of a pretty big issue I was having with my sewer line. Everything was explained to me before & during the work. These gentlemen are knowledgeable & won't gouge you for the work they do. I appreciate everything they've done and won't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing problem.
