The team at Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters is always friendly, polite, and ready to lend a hand. Randall in the office was easy to talk to and made sure my plumbing issue was handled quickly. Jaxon and Brantley, the plumbers who came out, worked together well. After a long day, I had a busted water pipe in my basement. I shut off the main valve to stop the flooding, and they arrived soon after. They quickly isolated the problem pipe so I could still have water in the rest of my house. Even though it was late, they made sure everything was safe before heading home for the night. They returned the next day and finished the repair, and now everything works perfectly. I really appreciate their hard work and fast response. I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
I was at the hardware store searching for plumbing parts and needed some advice. I approached a friendly person who took the time to patiently answer all my plumbing questions. Later, I noticed he was loading supplies into a Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters truck in the parking lot. I decided right then that if I ever needed a plumber, I would reach out to this company. When I found a leak under my kitchen sink that was starting to damage my cabinets, I called for help. Brantley arrived quickly, was polite and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done perfectly and the area was left neat and clean. I’m really glad I chose this company for my plumbing needs and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.
Our shower faucet and handle stopped working, so we called a local plumber in Louisville. They scheduled a visit quickly and gave us a fair quote for the repairs. We also needed a bathroom cabinet installed. Randall kept us updated about when the plumber would arrive. Kyle showed up right on time, took some measurements, and got straight to work. The job was done well, and the customer service was excellent. Their prices matched what you’d expect around here. I highly recommend this plumbing service—they’re even available 24 hours if you have an emergency. I liked that they also use text and online alerts to confirm appointments, which made everything easy to track.
High Pricing and very rude manager James Reesor. I was told one price over the phone and after installation, the price went up $500. Which really wouldn't have been that big of a deal. The issue was the management. James Reesor at ASI pluming was very disrespectful. If you don't like your job in customer service, you should try a different field James!
They were very professional and I liked the upfront pricing, however, my "cleared" shower drain, started not draining again/same symptoms prior. When I called about having someone return, they asked me how old my house was...well living in the Highlands obviously makes my home old. He went on to explain my pipes are the size of a pinky finger basically and I would be re-charged if they returned. Which I think is bs...I've lived here for over 15 years, never had a plumbing issue until now....I had even gone behind them and used drano just to extra clear the pipes after paying $189.....It was literally right at 90 days and they should stand by their work. I'm now waiting for my 5 star rated plumber to come so I don't do this over and over, Very disappointed bc who has the money to throw away right now?! Make sure to ask what they guarantee, wouldn't have been hard for them to send some one back on a job that they obviously didn't do right:(!
I called to make an appointment on 6/28/2017 at 4:10pm was on hold until 4:40pm. We only have one shower/bath and it was clogged so badly it could not be used and we have a 2 y/o, an 11 y/o, my wife and myself. This was an emergency and the lady said we can get you in 6/29/2017 at 12:00pm. I accepted the appointment and made arrangements to have someone at the house between12-2. An hour later I had a voicemail saying there was a mistake and we don't have anything until Friday the 30th but possibly Monday 7/3/2017. I called and explained the situation and the lady said no way it can happen after a 10 minute conversation she said someone will be there 6/29. I received a call at 9:30am and the plumber said he was on the way. I spoke with the plumber after he broke a pipe snaking the drain, repairing the pipe and he said the old steel pipe must have collapsed inside and they need to cut part of the drywall out on the first floor and replace up to 10 feet of steel pipe. ASI was here about a year and a half ago, cut out a 6' x 3' section of drywall ( the same spot they were going to cut out again) , replaced only the drain and connected the pvc to the same pipe they now wanted to take out. I asked how they knew that the pipe collapsed and I was told it is the most likely situation. I asked if the snake had any rust, metal shards, deposits or anything indicating an internal pipe collapse or any signs of blockage. I was told no but that is the way we have decided to fix the problem. I even called the office requesting evidence of a collapsed pipe. I was told the manager said that is what he thinks too. I told her that I don't like going off guesses, if the whole house needs plumbed that is what it needs. I don't want to cut out my drywall and fix a section of pipe every year and a half, I want a total solution. She said that is what she was told and the manager confirmed. I let them know I would use another company that can actually diagnose the problem before tearing out drywall and pipe( again same area they worked on a year and a half ago). She said ok and I thanked her for her time. Later that day Joe the manager called and said I might want a call. I said not really I just want a solution and evidence before tearing my house open. He understood and asked if I had a clean out pipe. I had no idea but said I will look when I get home from work. Joe said it will be really easy to send a camera if we do and to call back if I find it. The next day I called left a message for Joe informing him I do have a clean out and it is close to the house. I did not hear from anyone at the office. I tried again after the holiday weekend and left another message. Again no call back. I have been scooping water into my sink to empty the bath for days so everyone could shower but no call from joe or ASI. I called again and again he was out right now but will definitely return my call. Monday at 4pm on 7/10/2017 I called our home warranty company to see if this was a covered issue they stated it is and the earliest will be 7/12/2017. The company arrived on time and Josh snaked for 20 minutes, pulled a large sized hair ball out and all the water was gone. No holes, no new pipes, no $900.00 fixing something they fixed before for $1,000.00 a year and a half ago, just sweet blissful drainage. Hot showers and baths without hundreds of buckets going from bath to sink. Go somewhere else.
When we first acquired our property in Louisville, we were oblivious to the plethora of surprises that awaited us. The revelation of an above-ground septic line running across the floor after the removal of the old furnace certainly caught us off guard. The water and electric lines were oddly placed on the exterior of the wall. We were aware of the bathtubs and toilets positioned on platforms due to the elevated plumbing, but we underestimated the inconvenience of this setup. It was clear that the previous owners had taken a DIY approach with their additions, placing things in a way that was easier for them. We were familiar with Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters, having enlisted their services previously. So, when we decided to address these glaring issues, we reached out to them. Our concerns were high as we anticipated the reaction of their representative, Randall, when he came to assess our situation. We wondered if he would be scared away by the chaotic setup. After surveying the tangle of lines and discussing our expectations, Randall offered a reassuring statement - where there's a will, there's a way. Soon, Randall, Seth, and Julian arrived, ready to tackle the challenge. After two days of intense labor under the sweltering heat, they transformed our troubles into triumphs. The water lines were skillfully repositioned within the walls, and the septic line was relocated under the house. The raised toilet was lowered, and the shower in the bathtub now drains so efficiently that we no longer wade in water while showering. The transformation was nothing short of incredible. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional work done by Randall, Seth, and Julian. The job was certainly no walk in the park, but they handled it with professionalism and dedication. They truly are an incredible team of plumbers and we are so grateful to have discovered them.
After a terrible experience with this company last year, I found myself needing a plumber on a Saturday and they were on the list for 24/7 plumbing. I called, spoke with Ashley who said she was sending a message to Jimmy, the manager or owner and she transferred me to his voicemail asking me to leave him a message, however his voicemail was full. I called back to let them know, the rep who answered that time assured me I would get a call from him within the hour as she was sending him an email and a fax. I have yet to hear from anyone. Not to mention extensive hold times when calling. Not good business! *Addendum* After a poor response on another review from this company, I would like to add greater detail which has my response to them. "Wow! I applaud you at the most arrogant and ineffective review response ever! Keep up the terrible work! You failed to mention that your technician advised that we would have to do a semi-kitchen remodel and pipe replacement in order to resolve the issue. Strangely the plumber that typically comes for our issues came the following day only to tell us otherwise. The drain was cleared within minutes. You also failed to mention that your tech broke my shower head and you failed to address that, leaving me to pay for a replacement. As far as you having a mishap in communication this time around, per two of your representatives who both communicated to me the same information, I would receive a call from YOU within the hour and I would be worked into your schedule on Saturday or Sunday if I opted to go with your company. But nice try in your attempt to make the customer look bad, which seems to be the case in your response on all of your negative reviews."
It was not my week for plumbing issues. We had a dishwasher installed because ours died Jan 1 (different company) and after that, the hot water stopped working. I looked for a place with good reviews and found ASI so I went to schedule online (usually a disaster in itself). I got to their page and they had an appointment for the next day, Monday, (Sceptical me 'ya right') So I booked it fully expecting them to call and reschedule. They not only did not reschedule but they showed up precisely on time and told us we needed a new tap. While they were here they repaired a shut-off valve under the sink. I got a new tap that day and called to schedule having it installed. They did not have any appointments till Wednesday So I took that. I mean no hot water is a drag but we could live with it. That night the kitchen drain clogged up so we could not even run the dishwasher or fill the sink and wash dishes by hand (ugh) we tried and tried to unplug it but could not. So we called ASI back to beg for a sooner appointment. Amazingly they fit us in that day and Desmond came by and fixed the clogged drain and installed the water taps. We now have hot and cold running water that drains. Time for the bill. I was scared to even ask but when I was told the final cost I was terrific. . One thing I liked about them is that everyone we talked to made sure we knew the price ahead of time. I, till the end, expected them to add on hidden charges and upcharges but that never happened. They are reasonably priced, honest, and do fantastic work I can not say enough good about this company. Do not hesitate to call them!! I liked them enough I added them as a contact on my phone. I WILL use them again.
I got a new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal from Home Depot. At my request, they got in touch with Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters to handle the installation once all the parts were ready. I got a call to schedule the installation shortly after. On the decided day, Randall and Julian gave me a heads up about their arrival time and actually showed up a few minutes early. Randall inspected the existing sink area and noticed some potential issues. The challenges became more apparent when Randall and Julian assessed the new sink (which was deeper and heavier than the old one), faucet, and disposal. It turned out there was a mismatch between the position of the existing drains and pipes and the new items' setup. Randall suggested that we might need to rebuild the under-sink area, which might require another visit and possibly extra fees. But Randall and Julian didn't just throw in the towel. They removed the old sink, faucet, and disposal and committed themselves to get the job done. They had the necessary materials on their truck, and Randall meticulously reconstructed the under-sink system. Before we knew it, despite encountering another big hurdle, the new sink, faucet, and disposal were perfectly installed and functioning. They didn't need to come back; and even though i offered to pay, there weren't any extra charges beyond what i paid upfront at Home Depot. They took away all the old stuff and carefully cleaned up the area. i couldn't have been happier with the service; and i highly recommend randall and julian without any reservations.
I had a hot water copper pipe leaking in my finished basement that I found on a Friday evening. I turned off the water to our house to stop the water leak. I then started looking for the best plumbing company that I could find so I could get it repaired quickly and get the water turned back on as soon as possible. I also was concerned about some of the horror stories you hear about exorbitant charges in such situations. I think I got lucky and did find the best plumbing company for my problem. ASI has an online scheduling service that lets you know when they can come and take care of your problem. In addition to scheduling on line Friday evening , I called Saturday morning and asked if they could give me a close estimate on the cost which they did quickly and correctly. I had scheduled between 12 and 2 pm on Saturday and Plumber Carlton Pierce arrived within that time frame. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He had my water back on in approximately twenty minutes and also made some suggestions to me regarding my water pipes and other plumbing issues. Although I would not say they are cheap I think their price was very fair and probably less than I would have paid at many other plumbing companies. I was very pleased from start to finish with Mr. Pierce and ASI Plumbing. They will be who I call for future plumbing issues.
We've had several plumbers come out since moving into our home in Louisville, but Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters has been the best by far. When I called to set up a visit, they gave me a specific time, and Malachi arrived exactly as promised. We had a long list of plumbing issues, but Malachi listened carefully, explained everything he found, and laid out a clear plan to fix each problem. He worked steadily until everything in our plumbing system was running smoothly again. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted, but Malachi was dedicated to making sure we were completely satisfied. Now, our water pressure is strong at every sink and toilet, and all our faucets are easy to turn on and off—no more struggling or using tools just to get water! Malachi also recommended a small well filter to help prevent future problems, installed it quickly, and even took the time to show us how to maintain it ourselves. Both Malachi and his coworker were polite, professional, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after each job. They checked with us after every repair to be sure we were happy with the work. For all the parts and effort involved, the cost was very reasonable, and we were relieved not to be hit with a big bill. We highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone in Louisville!
i was really impressed with how fast Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters was able to send someone out to check my plumbing issue. I called and within about 20 minutes, seth arrived and started working right away to get things fixed. they explained the pricing clearly, and the initial assessment didn’t cost anything, which i appreciated. after seth finished the repair, kyle and malachi came to my place to run a camera through the drain pipe to make sure there weren’t any other problems and also to set up the warranty for the work. all three plumbers were friendly, respectful, and seemed very confident in what they were doing. what stood out to me is that they focus only on plumbing, which made me feel better about their knowledge and skills compared to some places that do plumbing along with heating and electrical. they gave me peace of mind and were quick to answer all my questions, which made the whole process less stressful. before calling, i reached out to another big company and they said it would be a week before they could come out. but here, my plumbing problem was fixed the same day i called. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber and will definitely use them for any future plumbing jobs!
Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters was extremely helpful, professional, and fair when I had a plumbing problem at my home in Louisville. After I called, they showed up quickly that same day. Thomas and his team carefully checked out my plumbing and walked me through a few different ways to fix the issue, along with the costs for each option, which I really appreciated. What I first thought was just a simple clog and maybe a damaged pipe turned out to be a bigger situation involving my septic system and pipes. The crew took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure I understood what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait a bit. They worked several hours on the job, and when extra hands were needed, more help arrived quickly. The plumbers kept my house clean throughout the work, were friendly with my dog as they went in and out, and even gave me advice on how to take better care of my plumbing moving forward. If you need honest, hardworking plumbers in Louisville, I highly recommend calling this crew. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.
This was by far the smoothest plumbing remodel I’ve ever experienced, even compared to my previous kitchen and bathroom projects. Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters made me feel comfortable right from the start, and the quality of their work truly lived up to my expectations. The costs were fair and clearly explained, so there were no surprises—everything was finished right on time and within budget. Everyone involved, including the local partners for things like glass and stone, was friendly and professional. It was great to hear even the other contractors complimenting the high standards and organization of the plumbing work. For this project, we completely gutted the guest bathroom, removing everything down to the studs, and replaced the old tub with a modern walk-in shower. All the plumbing and fixtures were upgraded, and the end result looks fantastic. I feel confident knowing that the pipes and work behind the walls are just as solid as what you can see. I’ll definitely be calling Seth and his team again when it’s time to update my main bathroom here in Louisville.
