Newberry Plumbing has worked in my home three times. In November '25, Chad Jr. replaced a toilet ring whose malfunction caused water to drip from my basement's ceiling. During the appointment, I asked Chad Jr. to check my hot water heater and was grateful that he noticed a faulty expansion tank which he came to replace in December. In February '26, I noticed another drip from the basement's ceiling and traced it to a faulty valve under the kitchen sink. Chad fixed the leak by replacing the valve and replaced the other two corroded valves at the same time. I noticed both ceiling leaks on Saturday evenings and each time, Chad responded five minutes after I texted him. Both times, I was given Monday morning appointments and advice on what to do to ensure that further water damage did not occur. During all appointments, Chad gave job estimates, came on time, did phenomenal work, charged reasonable prices, answered all of my questions, and pointed out problems when I asked him or when he noticed them. In April, I plan on replacing a leaking outside pipe and faucet and look forward to working with Newberry Plumbing. Both Chad and Chad Jr. are awesome at what they do, I am grateful for knowing them, and highly recommend them.

Needed some work done on my bathroom plumbing. I contacted Newberry plumbing and spoke to Chad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he got to my house he was extremely professional, and got straight to work. I would recommend Newberry plumbing 1000x to anyone looking for a professional licensed plumber 10/10
